Claims (1)
- それぞれセラミツクスから形成された弁体およ
び弁座を有する調節弁において、上記弁座に弁体
と同方向の変位を許容する領域と、上記弁座を弁
体と近接する方向に付勢可能な弾性部材とを具備
することを特徴とする調節弁。
