- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 放熱フインを設けた第１の部材と、ＩＣ部
品取付け手段を有する第２の部材とを備え、第１
の部材に形成した嵌合溝に第２の部材の嵌合部を
係合させる様に構成したことを特徴とするヒート
シンク。 (2) 第２の部材のＩＣ部品取付け手段が、ビス
孔である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のヒ
ートシンク。 (3) 第２の部材が複数個である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載のヒートシンク。
