- ＬＳＩパツケージ上に取付けるヒートシンクを
、ＬＳＩパツケージ上に固着される固着部と、フ
イン冷却部によつて構成し、前記固着部に、フイ
ン冷却部を固定するネジを有することを特徴とす
るヒートシンク構造。
