[Detailed description of the invention] A large number of unit wall adhesives are sequentially pasted on the base material surface of the wall,
As a result, in the conventional wall pasting method, in which sheet-like wall materials joined in parallel are affixed to the entire surface of the base material surface of the wall, these wall materials are attached to the base material surface of the wall. The present invention is designed to solve this problem, which is unsightly and causes unsightly sticking such as wrinkles and folds on the surface of the wall. The present invention relates to wall cladding materials and edge treatment members for the purpose of making it possible to quickly and beautifully replace the pasting, etc., without causing any harmful effects, and the original invention has already proposed the above. That's exactly what I did. However, in the method of the original invention, as an edge treatment member used for the upper edge of the wall adhesive,
By simply pasting only the upper end of the wall adhesive to the adhesive layer on the upper surface of the stepped portion of the horizontally oblong material in the form of a sidewall, the entire wall adhesive is not only held in a suspended state; Due to the structure of the edge treatment member itself, it is inappropriate to attach nails, so there are disadvantages such as not being able to firmly fasten it to the base material surface of the wall, and edge treatment of bi-folded plate materials. Even in the case of clamping using materials, fixing using clamping materials is no more than a means of fixing, so the holding power in a suspended state is a safety problem when holding thick and heavy wall coverings. Therefore, there is no risk that not only the edge treatment member itself, but also the single-sided wall affixing using only adhesive, or the clamping means from both sides, will peel off due to deterioration over time. Considering that it is not possible to say
The present invention has been further devised to completely eliminate such a certain degree of fear, and is constructed as shown in the following embodiments.

It is made of an appropriate material such as wood, metal, or plastics, and in its cross-sectional shape, each upper end edge 2' of the arcuate standing wall 2, which is formed integrally with or joined to the bottom plate 1, is widened and formed into a j-diameter shape, thereby opening upward. A horizontally long fitting in which a fitting part 4 having an arcuate surface 4' that enables fitting and unfitting by force fitting is provided below the main body part 5 to the opening 3 of the horizontally long clamping material A that constitutes the part 3. Adhesive L is applied to the bottom plate 1 or the outside of the bottom of the horizontally long sandwiching material A in the edge treatment member formed by combining the materials B.
! 7, attach a release paper 8 to this, or remove the release paper 8 of the part constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer using double-sided adhesive tape 7' with the release paper 8 left on the surface. The adhesive layer 1 is exposed and fixed in advance to the upper corner of the base material surface 10 of the wall, and a sheet-like wall is formed mainly by bonding and connecting a large number of unit wall adhesives 6 at their mutual edges. The fitting part 4 of the horizontally long fitting material B is brought into contact with the upper end of the adhesive material, and these are fitted into the openings 3 to the horizontally long adhesive material to hold the wall adhesive material 6 on the wall. The horizontally elongated material is attached to the base material surface 10 of the horizontally elongated material B to firmly clamp and hold the upper end of the wall material 6 surrounding the fitting part 4 of the elongated material B. A strong adhesive layer is applied to the bottom of the bottom plate 1 of the sandwiching material A, or in some cases, screws are applied from the inner surface of the bottom 1 to the top corner (including inside or outside corners) of the base material surface 10 of the wall. By using these clamping and holding type, that is, combined clamping type edge treatment members (A, B), by a hanging method, without directly attaching to the base material surface of the wall as in conventional methods. ,
The method of the present invention, which is characterized by wall covering, is as described below.
We propose an extremely safe, reliable, and novel method that has not been tried before.

That is, it is made of a metal sheet or a thin plastic sheet, or in some cases, a non-woven fabric or a thick paper material coated with a resin. The edge processing member 11 consisting of the substrate part 11a which integrally constitutes the edge part 12 to be bent and formed has an adhesive layer 7 having peeling t1M18 at least on the outside of the base part 11a and the inside of the edge part 12. Or with double-sided adhesive tape (7'), the substrate part +1
a It is fixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall (the foundation part of the wall, the same applies hereinafter) by the outer adhesive layers 7 and 7', but if necessary, it can be fixed with nails, rivets, etc. as a composite reinforcing means. It is also free to use fixing means. The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 relates to the case where the edge treatment member 11, that is, the horizontally elongated bifold plate material is attached to the lower corner of the base material surface 10 of the wall. At both flange corners of the face 10 and around the window frame and door frame (not shown), a horizontally elongated material that is a material for nuclear power plants is used at the upper end, and is an edge 98 material according to the later-described configuration of the side-sloped shape like 1. It is convenient for construction to install and carry out. In some cases, in order to supplement the traction resistance, the unit wall adhesive 6 may be formed with or without an adhesive layer 7 formed on the step side of the side-faced edge treatment member, that is, the TS long material. Opium 4 made of tricot knitted raised cloth or loop fabric is placed in a proper position so that at least one piece is disposed between the widths of When using a surface bonding fastener consisting of a combination of male pieces 5 each having a large number of surface-locking protrusions having a swollen head, in which any member is fixed, the wall adhesive of the present additional invention may be The purpose of the installation can be achieved. The above-mentioned edge treatment member 11 is fixed in advance to the lower end of the base material surface 10 of the wall to be constructed using the adhesive layer 7 (7') on the outside of the base plate part 11a, or in some cases, with rivets or nails. Stop etc.
The release paper 8 of the adhesive layer 7 (7') provided on the surface of the step part is removed, and the wall adhesive material (referred to as wall adhesive material, hereinafter the same) that touches the edge part
The ears can be attached. The wall affixing material 6 used in carrying out the wall affixing method according to the present invention is made of conventionally used materials, such as those woven with rayon, cotton, hemp, etc. as the base yarn, or pile, velvet, float. -1
In addition to drape cloths called Kinkazan, etc., there are also those made of vinyl foam, embossed cloth, those mixed with antifungal agents or disaster prevention agents, or other resins of the same type. Although not particularly limited to coated paper or ordinary wallpaper, various pre-processing is required depending on the thickness of the material, and these are selected and carried out. For example, not only thick drape cloths, vinyl cloths especially foam ones, but also Mi-made cloths with a thickness of 111 or more, and drape cloths with a thickness of 4III! 1 thickness, 61 of vinyl cloth
Thicknesses up to II11 thickness are heard, and these are generally similar to those with a thickness of 1 mm or more.
The selvage is peeled off to a thickness of about 0.5 a + m corresponding to the fabric or the fabric, or during the weaving or manufacturing process, a thickness of 1.
The ears are formed in a corresponding forward/reverse or other step shape at approximately 1/2. The width of the step-formed ears depends on the type of material, but is approximately 5 to 15 mm, and normally it is necessary to form the same width at both left and right edges, and to form opposite steps on each front and back. This is a matter of course as a joining means, and there is no need to illustrate or explain it here.

An adhesive layer 7 and a release paper 8 covering the adhesive layer 7 and a release paper 8 covering the bonding layer 7 are attached to the surface of each step for joining at the end edge (longitudinal direction), that is, a bonding edge, or a double-sided adhesive tape is attached. Of course, in horizontal joining, immediately after the release paper 8 is peeled off, the cross-sections of the respective ears are butted against each other in a peg shape and joined into a sheet shape. In addition, if the wall adhesive 6 is relatively thin or has good adhesive properties due to its material, the adhesive H7 is applied only to the back surface of the ears of an appropriate width formed at certain side edges in the longitudinal direction. The release paper 8 is left attached until it is used, but in some cases, although not particularly shown, it is possible to apply appropriate Ii3 at the -(lIII Paste 1/2 of the width of the double-sided adhesive tape on the back side of the gap, overlapping the remaining 1/2 width protruding part, and apply release paper to the entire surface and back side of the portion corresponding to the edge that forms this overlap. Although it is preferable to leave the protruding portion in place, it is not necessarily necessary to use double-sided adhesive tape in the practice of the present invention, and the protruding portion is approximately 1/1/2 of the total width.
2 and 1 of the joining tape. The adhesive layer on the surface of the overlapping margin (protruding part) that overlaps with other unit wall adhesives to be connected is covered with release paper, and when joining, the adhesive layer that is removed from the release paper is It is sufficient that the rear surface of the ear portion of the edge of the unit wall adhesive adjacent to the upper surface of the overlapping portion, that is, the overlapping portion, is placed and bonded.

In the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, in order to form bonding ears on each front and back surface of the left and right edge portions of the wall adhesive 6, in particular, the corresponding front and back edges of one wall adhesive 6... The adhesive layers 7, 7', etc. are formed on both edges by embossing the surface of a material made of resin such as vinyl or a resin-impregnated cloth material, or by similarly providing a rough surface. In the case of drape cloths and as a composite adhesion supplementary means due to the need to strengthen the adhesion of resin-coated paper, in cases where such a need is lacking, selective bonding methods are already available. Of course, it is possible to arbitrarily adopt any of the methods detailed above, and the key point of the wall surface pasting method according to the present invention is that the wall pasting material is directly applied to the base material surface 1 of the wall.
It goes without saying that the above-mentioned wall adhesive joining means can be arbitrarily selected, considering that the wall adhesive can be applied easily, quickly, and beautifully without having to adhere to the wall. In short, the wall adhesive 6 used in carrying out the present invention is made of various materials as described above.
The width is generally about 92all,
Depending on the case, a wide one of 120 cm or a width of 45 cm+ to 53 cm is used depending on the location, but in either case, the length is approximately 50 m. Therefore, in carrying out the method of the present invention, a piece cut in advance to a predetermined length is used, but regardless of which of the above-mentioned adhesive layer methods is used, it is necessary to manufacture or cut the piece as long as possible. It goes without saying that processing is preferable in terms of production costs. In addition, it is desired that ordinary practitioners can cut and provide the required quantity for wall pasting work by themselves using the method of the present invention, and care has been taken to satisfy this desire quickly and inexpensively. However, depending on the preference of the constructor, it is possible to create a sheet-like joint by joining the cut ordinary unit wall members using a joining tape or by overlapping both side edges. It goes without saying that the formation and implementation of wall coverings is also not an exclusionary measure of the method of the invention.

First, as an edge treatment material cut to a length that fits the upper corner of the base material surface 10 of the wall, the cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. By forming the upper edges 2', 2' of the arcuate vertical walls 2, 2, which are joined together by fixing them to The fitting portion 4 of the horizontally long fitting material B, which has a fitting portion 4 below the main body portion 5 which is to be fitted into the opening 3 above the horizontally long clamping material A which has a cut-like shape, is connected to its arcuate surface 4. Both members (A, B) are fitted into each other by force-fitting them into the opening 3 above the oblong sandwich material A, which is configured to have some elasticity, from the lower part of ', 4'. Arc-shaped surface 4' on the surface of part 4
, 4' corresponds to the arcuate W! 2. An edge processing member consisting of a combination that is clamped and connected by the inner surfaces of 2. The adhesive layer 7 and 7' of the horizontally long clamping material A, which is one member of the bottom plate 1, or rivets for fixing and reinforcing that may be used together with these. , fixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall using nails etc., and for the opening 111s3,
The end surface of the connected sheet folding material 6 is wrapped or glued onto the surface of the arcuate surface 4' of the horizontally elongated insertion material B, which is another member, by the method described above. In order to forcibly fit this into the horizontally long opening 3 in the upper part of the horizontally long sandwiching material A, use a press-fitting means to push out the opening edge and insert it,
When the inner and outer surfaces are in close contact with each other, the upper edge of the wall adhesive 6 is clamped and fixed. Separately from this, a horizontally long bifold plate material 11 that can be bent in an 8-shape or an inverted U-shape on the side surface is placed at the corner (inside corner or outside corner, etc.) of the lower end of the base material surface 10 of the wall.
The substrate portion 11a and the edge portion 12 are integrally formed at the bending portion 11t1 so that they can be opened and closed.
Release paper 8 is provided on the adhesive layer 1 formed on the outside of a and at least on the inside of the edge part 12, but each release paper 8 is removed and fixed, and the adhesive layer on the back side of the lower end of the unit wall adhesive 6 is removed. 7 or the adhesive M inside the substrate portion 11a of the horizontally long bi-folded plate material
The lower end of the unit wall adhesive 6 is attached to the wall panel 7, and then the edge part 12 is folded into a closed shape as shown in FIG. The lower edge of the wall affixing material 6 can be fixed to the wall material 6, but when the above-mentioned fastening is performed using an oblong material instead of this, the fixing action can be supplemented by the combined use of surface bonding fasteners. I can do it. In short, the present invention has a bottom plate 1 in a cross-sectional shape.
wI by force fitting into the opening 3 of the horizontally elongated clamping member A, which has an opening 3 upwardly formed by forming each upper end edge 2' of the arcuate standing wall 2 integrally or joined with the upper end edge 2' to have an enlarged diameter shape.
The bottom plate 1 or the outside of the bottom of the horizontally long clamping material A in an edge treatment member formed by combining the horizontally long fitting material B, which is provided with a fitting part 4 having an arcuate surface 41 below the main body part 5 to enable ff12. The adhesive layer 7 is applied to the adhesive layer 7, and a release paper 8 is attached to this, or the release paper 8 of the part constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is removed using double-sided adhesive tape 7' with the release paper 8 left on the surface. The adhesive layer 7 (7') is exposed and fixed in advance to the upper corner of the base material surface 10 of the wall, and a large number of unit wall adhesives 6 are mainly pasted together at their mutual edges. The fitting portion 4 of the horizontally elongated fitting material B is attached to the upper end of the sheet facing material that is connected and formed.
By abutting these and fitting them into the openings 3 of the horizontally elongated clamping material A, they are clamped and held, and the wall affixing material 6 is affixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall in a drooping manner. The wall adhesive, whose upper edge is firmly fixed as described above and is held in a hanging shape, is attached to the base material surface of the wall. Even if there are 8 convexities, it is possible to create a new, beautifully finished wall surface with extremely high verticality uniformly over the entire surface without creating unsightly unevenness such as waving due to the convexities. If you are concerned about the slight floating of the surface, you can eliminate this concern by driving decorative studs or the like into the desired locations.

In addition, in the method of the present invention, as long as the lower ends of the wall adhesives 6 are accurately aligned, the wall adhesive 6 can be completed by pasting it down so as to fit tightly against the lower edge of the base material surface of the wall. If the lower edge of the wall adhesive 6 is attached silently or directly to the base material surface of the wall, and if you are concerned about water or other stains on the edge of contact with tatami mats, floors, or carpets, It is also possible to finish by arranging a suitable skirting board or an equivalent edge treatment member and attaching it to the surface of this member, or by enclosing and fixing it as described later.

Therefore, in view of the need for greater ease and reliability, the actual IM aspect of the present invention, which allows amateurs to perform wall pasting by themselves, is particularly suitable for wall pasting materials. 6... In order to avoid unsightly appearance when it is difficult to align the lower edge to an accurate uniform length, it is necessary to take measures to hide the uneven lower edge and reveal a beautiful appearance. As another edge treatment member that satisfies this need, the most convenient method is to use a clamping and fixing means for wrapping or clamping the lower edge of the wall covering material 6 to finish it. In other words, as shown in Fig. 6.7, this method uses a fishhook-shaped side surface when the side surface has an 8-shape or an inverted J-shape and the edge portion 12 to be bent from the bent portion 11b is high. The flat substrate portion 11a is fixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall by an outer adhesive @ 7, 7', etc., and the edge portion 1 continuous to the substrate portion 11a is
2 and/or the inner surface of the substrate part 11a, the lower edge of the wall adhesive 6, which is fixed to the upper edge treatment member and stretched downward, is pulled downward as much as possible. , it is first pasted or fixed to the inner surface of the substrate part 11a in a tensioned state, and then the edge part 12 is further folded up and the inner adhesive layer 1.7/ Since it is finished by fixing it in a sandwiched manner, the wall affixing material 6...
Even if the cut edge at the lower edge of the wall is uneven, it is possible to make a beautiful decoration and achieve a good-looking finish. - Finished as a fully vertical, balanced surface with no shoulder convexity, and between the wall base material surface and the wall base material surface is completely vertical (completely horizontal in the extent of the surface) If we assume that, interlayer voids or spaces with extremely even spacing will be formed, so even if there are irregularities on the actual wall base material surface, a wide space can be formed. Therefore, even if there are differences depending on the material of the wall adhesive 6, it is a useful invention that also has effects such as considerable soundproofing and constant temperature holding power. In short, the present invention ・L uses a specially designed edge treatment member and a wall affixing material that is easy to handle. The present invention has made it possible to implement a pasting method that avoids this problem and quickly and easily forms the entire wall pasting material into a well-proportioned, well-proportioned appearance in a connected sheet-like state without exhibiting an uneven shape. As a result, it is possible to improve the efficiency of finishing wall pasting, reduce labor costs, and speed up the work.In addition, even amateurs can easily and reliably repaint walls quickly, reliably, and at low cost. It is something that brings harmony.

According to the method of the present invention, no matter how thick, strong, and heavy the wall adhesive 6 is, it can be attached to the base material surface 10 of the wall extremely firmly and reliably.
Instead of directly pasting the wall material as in conventional well-known methods, the wall material is pasted in a hanging manner in a separate form with an interlayer gap, that is, an appropriate space, in a state where it is separated from the base material surface of the wall. This is a convenient method characterized by the fact that it is possible to By utilizing the interlayer voids, it can be bonded over a wide area in the form of a sheet.
A joining wall adhesive material to be applied in a drooping manner using the edge treatment members (A, B) of the present invention. (D@ It is also possible to use a polyurethane foam or other foaming porous resin layer integrally or adhered to the entire surface or a part of the required part, so the above effect can be further improved. In addition, as described above, it is possible to fully achieve the purpose of overcoming and preventing the adverse effects of exposing the uneven shape of the base material surface 10 of the wall.
