[Detailed description of the invention] A large number of unit wall adhesives are sequentially pasted on the base material surface of the wall,
As a result, in the conventional wall pasting method, in which sheet-like wall materials joined in parallel are affixed integrally to the entire surface of the wall base material, these wall materials are attached to the wall base material surface. This is an unsightly problem in that the unevenness of the surface is exposed as it is, and unsightly failures such as wrinkles and folds are caused on the wall surface during pasting. The present invention relates to wall cladding materials and edge treatment members for the purpose of making it possible to quickly and beautifully replace the pasting, etc., without causing any harmful effects, and the original invention has already proposed the above. That's exactly what I did. However, in the method of the original invention, as an edge treatment member used for the upper edge of the wall adhesive, only the upper end of the wall adhesive is simply pasted onto the adhesive layer on the upper surface of the stepped part of the horizontal oblong material. Not only is the entire wall cladding maintained in a suspended state, but also the structure of the edge treatment member itself makes it inappropriate to attach nails, so There are disadvantages such as the inability to securely fasten the material, and therefore, when using a single-sided pasting method using only the adhesive of the wall material as well as the edge treatment member itself, there is no risk that both will peel off due to deterioration over time. In view of the fact that this cannot be said, the present invention has been further devised in order to completely eliminate such problems, and is constructed as shown in the following embodiments.

It is made of an appropriate material such as wood, metal, or plastic, or in some cases non-woven fabric, or thick paper material coated with A1 fat, and is bent from the bent part 11' into an 8-shape, an inverted U-shape, or a fishhook shape on the side surface. The edge treatment member consisting of the substrate part 11 that integrally constitutes the edge pressing part 12 to be processed is an adhesive layer 7 or double-sided adhesive tape having a release paper 8 on at least the outside of the substrate part 11 and the inside of the edge pressing part 12. (7') and is fixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall (the foundation part of the village, hereinafter the same) using the adhesive layers 7, 7' on the outside of the base plate part 11. It is also free to use nails or fixing with new customers as reinforcement means. In the embodiment shown in FIG.
This is related to the case where it is installed at the upper and lower corners, but the corners on both sides of the base surface 10 of the mold and around the window frame and door frame (not shown) are shown in Figure 4. It is convenient in construction to attach the oblong member A, which is an edge treatment member according to the later-described configuration of the side-faced shape. In some cases, an adhesive F4 may be applied to the upper surface of the edge F and processing member of the sidewall shape, that is, the stepped part of the Yokoyoshi material A, in order to supplement the traction resistance.
Approximately the width of the unit wall affixing material 6 with or without 7.
At least one opening piece 4 made of tricot biased raised fabric or loop fabric is placed in the appropriate place, and a mushroom-shaped expanded head made of polypropylene monofilament is placed on the corresponding base fabric. When using a face-to-face fastener consisting of a combination of male pieces 5 having a large number of face-fastening protrusions, etc., in which any member is fixed, the purpose of the wall affixing material in this additional invention can be more firmly installed. Therefore, it is possible to fully achieve the same purpose even if the upper and lower parts are replaced with the horizontally long material A without using the edge treatment member that is the same horizontally long bi-folded plate material B above and below. Moreover, it can also produce special useful effects as described below. If the basic shape of such oblong material A is specifically shown, it is the fourth shape.
As shown in the figure, it is made of any material, and has a main body gl11 (height) approximately 4IIIl to 15mm, a step part 2 thickness of 1wa+ to 5il111, and a vertical width of about 20 to 30+u. I W 7!ilI Pi 7 is formed on the bottom surface 3 and the top surface of the stepped portion 2 of A by Heisei means, or alternatively, double-sided adhesive tape 7' is used.
At the same time, a release paper 8 is attached to the surface of the adhesive layer, etc., and is used by reproducing it on site during construction, and edge treatment members A for the side corners are manufactured and prepared in advance. The edge treatment member A described above is prepared by adhering the bottom surface 3 to the top, bottom, left and right of the wall surface 10 (- base material surface, i.e., the foundation part of the wall, the same applies hereinafter) to be constructed, or to the outer periphery of the window frame or blank frame. It is fixed by the agent layer 7 or, depending on the case, it is tacked or nailed, and the peeled paper 8 of the agent 7 is removed using a contact provided on the step surface.
This enables the wall adhesive to be attached to the ear part of the wall adhesive (the same shall apply hereinafter). The wall adhesive material 6 used in carrying out the wall surface pasting method according to the present invention is made of conventionally used materials, ie, those woven with rayon, cotton, hemp, etc. as the base yarn, or pile, velvet, float, etc. -1 In addition to drape cloths called Kinkazan, vinyl-based ones include foamed vinyl, embossed ones, mold-proofing agents, disaster prevention agents, etc., and similar resins. Although not particularly limited to coated paper or ordinary wallpaper, various pre-processing is required depending on the thickness of the material, and these are selected and carried out. For example, thick drape cloth, vinyl cloth, especially foam-based ones, etc. As with products with a thickness of approximately 1 mm or more, the edges are stripped off to a thickness of about 0.51 mm or equivalent to the fabric, or removed in the length direction during weaving or manufacturing process. Thickness 1/2 on both left and right edges or - side edge, respectively.
The laminated edges are formed into corresponding forward and reverse steps and other step shapes. The width of the step-formed ears depends on the type of material, but is generally 5 to 15,011 mm, and normally it is necessary to form the same width at both the left and right edges, and to form opposite steps on each front and back. It is a matter of course that this is the joining means, and there is no need to illustrate or explain it here. The adhesive layer 7 and the adhesive layer 7 are formed on the surface of each step of the bonding step, that is, the bonding edge at the end edge in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) formed stepwise by the above-mentioned arbitrary means. Covering release paper 8 is pasted or double-sided adhesive tape is pasted, and the cross sections of each ear are butted together in the shape of an oval immediately after the release paper 8 is peeled off for horizontal joining. Of course, it is something that is joined in the form of a sheet. In addition, if the wall covering material 6 is relatively thin or has good adhesive properties due to its material, the adhesive [7] should be applied only to the back surface of the ears of an appropriate width formed at certain side edges in the longitudinal direction. Once formed, a double-sided adhesive tape is applied, and the release paper 8 is left attached until use. Attach 1/2 of the width of the double-sided adhesive tape to the back side between an appropriate width at one edge in the longitudinal direction, overlapping the remaining 1/2 width protruding part, and add the selvedge that forms this overlapping margin. Although it is preferable to leave a release paper on the entire surface and back surface of the corresponding portion, it is not necessarily necessary to use double-sided adhesive tape in implementing the present invention, and the protruding portion is separated by approximately 1 part of the total width. The adhesive layer on the surface of the overlapped portion (protruding portion) of the joining tape designated as /2 that overlaps with other unit type binding materials to be connected is covered with a peel-resistant paper, and the peel-resistant paper It is sufficient that the back surface of the edge of the edge of the unit wall adhesive material adjacent to the upper surface of the overhanging portion having the adhesive layer from which the paper has been removed, that is, the overlapping portion, is bonded [f].

In the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, in order to form bonding ears on the front and back surfaces of the left and right end edges of the wall adhesive 6,
In particular, the adhesive layer 7, 7', etc. is formed on both the corresponding front and back edges of a single wall adhesive 6... on the surface of resin or resin-impregnated cloth material such as vinyl. In the case of drape cloths that are embossed or similarly have a rough surface, as well as resin-coated paper, etc. - complex attachment force supplementary measures associated with the need to strengthen adhesion. Therefore, if there is little need for such a method, it goes without saying that any of the methods already described in detail as the selective bonding means can be optionally adopted. Where possible, fix the wall coverings! ! In view of the fact that the material can be affixed easily, quickly and beautifully without being affixed to the base material surface 10 of the wall, the above-mentioned wall affixing means can be arbitrarily selected. Needless to say. In short, the wall adhesive 6 used in carrying out the present invention is made of various materials as described above, and its width is generally about 92cm, and depending on the case, a wide width of 120cm or Depending on the location, fp 45cm to 53cm are also used,
In any case, the handle is manufactured to be approximately 50II long. Therefore, in carrying out the method of the present invention, an adhesive having a predetermined length is used, but even if any of the above-mentioned adhesive layers is used as a coating member f2, it should be made as long as possible. It goes without saying that processing W31i is preferable in terms of production costs. It would also be desirable to be able to cut and provide the necessary amount of U4 material for the purpose of wall pasting work by the method of the present invention, and to satisfy that desire quickly and inexpensively. However, depending on the preference of the builder, the cut ordinary unit wall cladding may be joined using adhesive tape, etc., or by overlapping both edges. Therefore, it is also natural that forming a sheet-like joint wall adhesive is not a means to be excluded from the method of the present invention.

As described above, unit wall adhesives 6 that have been processed to be connected in the vertical or horizontal direction and cut in a predetermined manner are placed in advance on the upper and lower sides of the base material surface 10 of the wall, or together with the upper and lower entrance or exit corners or windows. The method of the present invention, in which the wire treatment member is fixed around a frame, vinegar frame, etc., and is stretched in a suspended or horizontal manner, is carried out as follows.

2 is formed into an integral shape that can be opened and closed at the bent portion 11', and an adhesive is formed on at least the outside of the substrate portion 11 and the inside of the edge portion 12! Remove and fix each release paper 8 on the adhesive layer 7 on the upper center surface of the unit wall adhesive 6 or the inside of the substrate part 11 of the horizontally long bi-folded plate material B. The upper end of the unit wall adhesive 6 is pasted on the adhesive layer of the wall adhesive layer, and then the edge part 12 is lowered in a closed shape to clamp and fix the wall adhesive. The upper edge of 6 can be fixed, but if you use oblong material A instead of this to fasten the same as above, I
Is the fixing effect achieved through the combined use of two-sided joint fasteners?
llt can be increased and fastening can be made convenient. According to construction requirements, the above-mentioned oblong material A having a side-sloped shape is fixed to the necessary locations on the base material surface 10 of the wall using the adhesive F17 of the main body part 1, step part 2, bottom surface 3, etc. Peel off the top surface of step part 2! ! Remove paper 8 and glue FF! 7 (in the case of double-sided adhesive tape, 7', the same applies hereinafter) is exposed, and the inner end surface 1' of the main body part 1, where this stepped part 2 is formed, is exposed.
The upper edge of the unit wall affixing material 6 can be stuck down so that the upper edge comes into contact with the upper edge. Therefore, this upper edge should be placed at the most side of the unit wall adhesive 6 attached to the step 2 of the oblong material A, that is, if it were to be attached vertically from either side to the right side, it would be placed at the left end. The left edge of the unit wall adhesive (hereinafter the word "unit" will be omitted) 6 to be fixed is placed on the left side of the main body part 1 in the vertical position of the oblong material A which is the edge treatment member fixed. It is attached to the step part 2 and fixed in a hanging manner one after another, but in this case, the horizontally long 0A step part upper surface 2
Male piece 5 of the surface bonding fastener to be fixed to The structure of the male piece (the structure of the male piece is the same hereinafter) corresponds to the male piece 4 made of tricot knitted fabric or loop fabric fixed to the upper end of the lining material 6 with which it is to be engaged. Although it is a matter of course that Nissin should be configured to do so, it is preferable to fix one piece to either the left or right edge of the unit type binding material 6 or to the vicinity thereof as much as possible. By doing this, when fixing to the oblong material A sequentially from either side as in the above example, it is possible to first engage the corresponding members of the surface fasteners without pasting them with an adhesive layer. After that, lift the other rear part to 1ff.
If there are any defects such as the degree of overlapping of each edge part (edge part for joining) of the unit wall cladding material 6°6 to be joined on the left and right sides by hanging it in an i-shape, or not being parallel enough or parallel, In such cases, it is possible to easily correct the problem by releasing only the engagement of the face-to-face fasteners and achieve a good bonding, so if the method is simply pasting the entire length of the upper edge and letting it hang down, a slight deviation will become larger at the bottom. There are benefits such as being able to eliminate the disadvantages of distortion such as opening and overlapping, and the difficult means of repair thereof. In addition, in the subsequent joining, the peeling 11ff18 covering the rock contact patch 7 on the other side edge surface of the leftmost wall adhesive 6 is left as is, and the leftmost hard adhesive 6 is After the pasting and drooping of the second wall adhesive ``6'' is completed, place the ear part of the left edge of the second wall adhesive ``6'', that is, the pasting margin, on the right edge of the leftmost (first) instep member. Or, similar to the second wall adhesive 6, which is placed on the exposed adhesive layer 7 of the protruding part of the joint tape (not shown) corresponding to the part and adhered sequentially from the top to the bottom, the third and subsequent wall adhesives The horizontally long bifold plate material B is fixed to the upper end portion of the base material surface 10 of the mold, even though the entire surface is in the form of a sheet due to the above-mentioned pasting mode in which the rigid pasting 06... is sequentially placed on the joint portion.
Alternatively, the upper end portion of the wall adhesive 6 which is sandwiched or fixed to the alternative oblong member A which is strongly reinforced as described above is held extremely firmly. That is, when fixing the upper edge of the wall adhesive 6 to the upper end of the base material surface 10 of the wall by the former B, the sixth
The upper end edge of the wall adhesive 6 is first pasted on the inside of the substrate part 11 by pushing the edge part 12 open at a right angle, and then adhering the edge part 12 as shown in the figure. In order to expose the agent layer 7 for further adhesion, it is closed and adhered from the inside and outside in a sandwiched state, so that its retention is much stronger than that of the original invention. Also, when member A is used in place of member B, P! :! It is assumed that one of the two face-to-face fasteners between the handle widths of the member 6 is fixed, and correspondingly, on the back surface of the upper end of the desired member 6, there is provided the other fastener that is connected to the one member. When fixing a member such as the male piece 4 of a surface joint fastener, use the corresponding male piece 5! Because of this, in addition to the mutual bonding with adhesive W57, it is suspended by the extremely strong peeling force of the collating surface joint fastener (for example, 25 kg per 251 x 25 mv in the product name Kanebo Magi Cross). Needless to say, even the thickest wall covering material 6 can be installed extremely safely. Therefore, a wall material whose upper edge is firmly fixed and held in a hanging shape as described above may exhibit unsightly unevenness such as wavy shape even if there is unevenness on the base material surface of the wall. It is possible to frequently create a new, beautifully finished wall surface with extremely high verticality uniformly over the entire surface, but if you are concerned that it is even slightly floating, use decorative studs etc. By driving 9 into the desired location, this concern can be eliminated.

In addition, in the method of the present invention, as long as the lower ends of the wall adhesives 6 are accurately aligned, the wall adhesive 6 can be pasted down so as to fit tightly against the lower edge of the base material surface of the wall. If the lower edge of the wall adhesive 6 is attached silently or directly to the base material surface of the wall, and if you are concerned about water or other stains on the edge where it comes into contact with the grass, floor, or carpet, You are free to place a suitable skirting board or an equivalent edge treatment member and attach it to this ¥8 member, or to finish it by including and fixing it as described in section vi.

Therefore, in view of the fact that even more ease and reliability are required, the present invention, which enables amateurs to perform wall pasting by themselves, is suitable for the original purpose of the present invention.
...In order to avoid unsightliness when it is difficult to align the lower edge with accurate uniformity, it is necessary to provide a means to make a beautiful appearance appear by adjusting the uneven lower edge. As another edge treatment member that satisfies this need, it is most convenient to adopt a clamping and fixing means for wrapping or clamping the lower edge of the wall covering material 6 for finishing. That is, as shown in FIG.
2 is high, it is possible to have a side fishhook shape, and the flat substrate part 11 is attached to the outer adhesive 1i 7.7
', etc., and the inner surface of the edge part 12 continuous to the substrate part 11 and/or the inner surface of the substrate part 11, etc., serve as the upper edge treatment member. The lower edge of the wall adhesive 6, which is fixed to the oblong material A and stretched downward, is pulled downward as much as possible, and then it is first applied to the inner surface of the substrate part 11 in a stretched state. or by any other suitable method, and then fold up the edge part 12 and fix it in a pinched manner with the adhesive layer 7 on the inside. Even if the cut edge of the lower edge of material 6 is uneven, it is possible to decorate it beautifully and create a good-looking finish. Since it can be installed along the surface 10, it can be finished as a completely vertical and balanced surface with no uneven surface, and if the wall base material surface is completely perpendicular (the spread of the surface If it is assumed that the wall is perfectly horizontal), it will form 13 gaps or spaces with extremely even intervals, so even if there are irregularities on the actual wall base material surface, it will be possible to create a wide space. Therefore, even if there are differences depending on the material of the wall adhesive, it is a useful invention that also has effects such as considerable soundproofing and constant temperature holding power. In summer, the present invention uses a specially designed edge treatment member and a wall adhesive that is easy to handle, thereby eliminating the need for direct attachment to the base material surface of the wall during conventional wall attachment or wall re-attachment. This makes it possible to easily implement a pasting method that avoids this problem and allows the entire wall pasting material to be quickly and easily formed in a well-proportioned, well-proportioned appearance in a sheet-like connected state and without exhibiting an uneven shape. Well, thanks to this! It has many conveniences such as improving the efficiency of pasting and finishing, as well as saving labor and speeding up the process. It also makes it possible for even amateurs to re-past walls easily, reliably, quickly and efficiently. It is something.
