方に、前記第一回動中心線に平行な軸線のまわり
に回転可能なフリクシヨンローラを設けるととも
に、他方に前記第一回動中心線を中心とする円弧
に沿つた摩擦面を少なくとも前記ペダルの前記踏
込位置から前記原位置への一定回動角度範囲にお
いては前記フリクシヨンローラの外周面に接触可
能に設け、それら摩擦面と外周面との少なくとも
一方をゴムまたはその類似物から成るものとし、
かつ、前記ペダルの踏込操作に対応する方向には
前記フリクシヨンローラの自由な回転を許容する
