つて踏込み位置に保持され、その戻り防止機構が
手動操作により解除されることによつて原位置へ
復帰する形式のパーキングブレーキペダルを原位
置において停止させるストツパ装置であつて、 前記パーキングブレーキペダルと前記原位置の
近傍に設けられた静止部材とに設けられて互いに
当接する第一ストツパ部材および第二ストツパ部
材を含み、第二ストツパ部材が、ゴムおよびその
類似物から形成され、比較的小さい力で弾性変形
する第一当接部と、その第一当接部から第一スト
ツパ部材と第二ストツパ部材との相対移動方向に
距離を隔てて設けられ、第一ストツパ部材の当接
面とほぼ平行な当接面を有する第二当接部とを有
することを特徴とする足踏み式パーキングブレー
キペダルのストツパ装置。 (2) 前記第二ストツパ部材の第一当接部が、互
いに距離を隔てて一対設けられ、その一対の第一
