れ、該ロツクアームには、爪部をセクトギヤに係

られ、該ロツクスプリングに抗して爪部をセクタ
ギヤから離脱させる方向にロツクアームを作動さ
せる解除アームがブラケツトに枢着されると共に
、該解除アームには操作レバーが連設され、かつ
、ペダルアームと解除アームの間に掛け渡される
と共に該ペダルアームを復帰方向に付勢するペダ
ルリターンスプリングが設けられた足踏み式駐車
ブレーキ装置において、前記ペダルリターンスプ
リングを、解除アームが解除方向に回動したとき
に、該解除アームの枢着部を越えて該解除アーム
を解除方向に付勢するターンオーバスプリングに
形成させたことを特徴とする足踏み式駐車ブレー
