Claims (1)

し、該取付穴において該一軸心と平行な支持軸に
回動可能に取り付けられるとともに一回動方向へ
所定の付勢力で付勢されることにより該セクタと
の一方向への相対回動を許容するが該一方向と反
対方向への相対回動を阻止する状態で該係合爪が
該セクタの係合歯と係合させられるポウルとを備
え、パーキングブレーキ操作力が加えられるに伴
つて該係合爪が前記付勢力に抗して該係合歯を乗
り越えつつ該ポウルおよびセクタが前記一方向へ
相対回動させられることにより制動する一方、該
パーキングブレーキ操作力が解除されても該係合
爪および係合歯の係合に基づいて制動状態を維持
する形式のパーキングブレーキ装置において、 前記支持軸の外周面および前記取付穴の内周面
の少なくとも一方に環状溝を設けるとともに、該
環状溝に、前記ポウルおよびセクタの前記一方向
への相対回動時においては該支持軸の外周面およ
び該取付穴の内周面の当接を阻止するが、制動状
態においては弾性圧縮させられて該支持軸の外周
面および該取付穴の内周面の当接を許容するゴム
または樹脂製の環状弾性部材を設けたことを特徴
