    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダに嵌挿されたピ曵トンの上面に凹状の燃焼室が
    形成され、吸気弁上流側の吸気通路にこの吸気通路を開
    閉するタイミングバルブが配設されていて、このタイミ
    ングバノ一ブの開弁期間を移行させる移行手段と、この
    タイミングバルブ下流側の吸気通路に連通し途中に通路
    の開閉制御弁が配設された排気還流通路と、上記開閉制
    御弁を吸入行程初期に開弁させるとともに、上記移行手
    段を作動させタイミングバルフｊ吸気弁より遅く開弁さ
    せる制御手段とを設けたこ−とを特徴とするデイーゼル
    エンジンの排気還流制御装置。
