    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気弁上流側の吸気通路にこの吸気通路を開閉するタイ
    ミングバルブを配設するとともに、このタイミングバル
    ブの開弁期間を移行させる移行手段と、タイミングバル
    ブ上流の吸気圧が高いほど移行手段をタイミングバルブ
    と吸気弁とのオーバラツブする開弁期間が少なくなるよ
    うに作動させて燃焼室の最高圧力を略一定値に制御する
    圧力調整手段とを設けたエンジンにおいて、タイミング
    パルブ下流側吸気通路の吸気状態を検出する吸気状態検
    出手段と、燃焼室内の燃焼圧力を低減させる燃焼圧低減
    手段と、吸気状態検出手段からの出力により燃焼圧低減
    手段を作動させ燃焼室の最高圧力の上昇を抑える制御手
    段とを設けたことを特徴とするエンシンの燃焼制御装置
    。
