第5図中のデジタルスイツチング回路のスイツチ
状態に対応するデジタル信号とこのデジタルスイ
ツチング回路に接続される抵抗ラダーから比較器
へ入力さるアナログ電圧の関係を示すグラフ、第
7図は従来のD−A変換器を用いたA−D変換器
では得にくかつた入出力特性を示すグラフである

等を用いたデジタル回路により検出するときに、
上記被検出信号をデジタル信号に変換するA−D
変換器に用いられる、デジタルスイツチング回路
と、このデジタルスイツチング回路の出力端子に
接続される複数の抵抗及びこれら抵抗に接続され
る複数の抵抗により構成される抵抗ラダーとによ
つ構成され上記出力端子の数と等しいビツト数の
デジタル信号を上記抵抗ラダーによつてアナログ
電圧に変換するD−A変換器において、ラダー抵
抗の各抵抗値をR−2R構成に設定したものに対
して上記デジタルスイツチング回路の出力端子の
うち最上位ビツトに対応する出力端子に接続され
る抵抗値を小さく及びまたはこの最上位ビツトに
対応する出力端子に接続される抵抗に接続される
抵抗の抵抗値を大きくしたことを特徴とするD−
