Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に該基板の一方の端部付近から他方
の端部付近まで少なくとも２本の貴金属電極が形
成されており、該電極はその両端部付近を除いて
その中央部が絶縁膜で覆われており、さらに該電
極の絶縁膜で覆われていない一方の端部は生体触
媒固定化膜で覆われていることを特徴とするバイ
オセンサ。
