Claims (1)
- 質量分析のための磁場強度微小掃引装置におい
て、掃引開始電圧設定回路、掃引終了電圧設定回
路、掃引電圧発生回路、掃引開始電圧設定回路の
出力電圧と掃引電圧発生回路の出力電圧とを加算
する加算回路、該加算回路の出力電圧と掃引終了
電圧設定回路の出力電圧とを比較して掃引終了を
判定し掃引終了時には掃引終了信号を出力する比
較回路、及び加算回路の出力と掃引開始電圧設定
回路の出力とを切り替えて磁場強度制御電圧を出
力する切替回路を備え、切替回路を掃引終了信号
により加算回路の出力から掃引開始電圧設定回路
の出力へ切り替えることを特徴とする質量分析の
ための磁場強度微小掃引装置。
