Claims (1)
- 電流源と、該電流源の電流を切換信号に応答し
てテスト対象ダイオードに対し順逆両方向に印加
するように切り換えるアナログスイツチと、前記
ダイオードの端子間の電圧を該ダイオードの順方
向電圧と逆方向電圧の間の値に設定された基準電
圧と比較する比較回路と、前記順逆両方向の電流
印加時における前記比較の結果に基き前記ダイオ
ードの極性を判別する判別器とを有することを特
徴とするダイオードの極性判別装置。
