Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流電圧を発生する発振回路と、機械的変位に応じて静
    電容量が差動的に変化する第１および第２容量素子と、
    前記第１容量素子を含み、前記発振回路の出力交流電圧
    によって駆動されて前記第１容量素子の静電容量に比例
    した第１直流電流を発生する第１電流回路と、前記第２
    容量素子を含み、前記発振回路の出力交流電圧によって
    駆動されて前記第２容量素子の静電容量に比例した第２
    直流電流を発生する第２電流回路と、前記第１電流回路
    の第１直流電流と前記第２電流回路の第２直流電流との
    差電流に応じた電圧を出力する増幅器とを備え、この増
    幅器の出力と基準電位部との間から前記機械的変位に応
    じた出力電圧を取出す変位変換装置において、前記増幅
    器の負側電源端子を、前記出力電圧を取出すための基準
    電位部よりも低い電位点に接続したことを特徴とする変
    位変換装置。
