    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定量に応じて容量が変化する可変コンデンサと、こ
    の可変コンデンサに発振出力を印加する発振器と、前記
    可変コンデンサを流れる交流電流を整流平滑し、可変コ
    ンデンサの容量に応じた正の直流電圧と負の直流電圧と
    を出力する高周波増幅器を用いたチャージ整流回路と、
    前記圧の直流電圧と負の直流電圧との差を増幅する高入
    力インピーダンス形差動増幅回路とを具えたことを特徴
    とする容量式変換装置。
