Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定量に応じて少なくともいずれか一方の容量が変化
    する第１、第２のコンデンサと、これら第１、第２のコ
    ンデンサが入力回路に接続されたセンサアンプと、矩形
    波電圧を前記第１のコンデンサと第２のコンデンサに交
    互に印加する手段と、前記矩形波電圧が第１のコンデン
    サに印加されているとき前記センサアンプの出力をサン
    プリングする第１のサンプルホールド回路と、前記矩形
    波電圧が第２のコンデンサに印加されているときの前記
    センサアンプの出力をサンプリングする第２のサンプル
    ホールド回路と、前記第１、第２のサンプルホールド回
    路のホールド値に基づいて直流の出力電圧を得る回路と
    を具えた容量電圧変換回路。
