プリングする第１のサンプルホールド回路と、前記矩形
波電圧が第２のコンデンサに印加されているときの前記
センサアンプの出力をサンプリングする第２のサンプル
ホールド回路と、前記第１、第２のサンプルホールド回
路のホールド値に基づいて直流の出力電圧を得る回路と
