    接続された物理量によって値が変化する容量素子と、該
    容量素子の一端にその一端が接続された定電流源と、上
    記増幅器の出力によって起動され、その出力端子が上記
    容量素子の他端に接続されたワンショットマルチバイブ
    レークを有する変位変換器。
