み部bの最下部に設けた小孔cより徐々にサラダ
油を容器内に注入しながら作るのが一般的であつ
た。ところが、ナイフカツターにて材料を撹拌し
ている時に小孔cより容器内の材料が外部に飛散

発明の構成
本発明は容器蓋に設けたくぼみ部において、最

実施例の説明
以下本発明の一実施例を添付図面とともに説明
する。第3図〜第6図において、1は電動機で、
シヤーシ2にビス3を取付けられている。シヤー
シ2は本体4にビス5により取付けられ、本体4
は電動機1を内蔵している。6は電動機1の軸
で、その軸に小プーリー7が取付けられている。
小プーリー7はベルト8を介して大プーリー9を
駆動する。大プーリー9は主軸10に取付けられ
ている。主軸10はオイルレスベアリング11を
介してシヤーシ2に取付けられている。オイルレ
スベアリング11はゴムカツプリング12を介し
て、本体4に位置決めされている。主軸10の先
端部には、コネクター13が取付けられている。
コネクター13にはカツター取付台14が着脱自
在で、かつコネクター13上部がカツター取付台
14内に設けた溝に嵌合して電動機1の力が伝達
されるようになつている。カツター取付台には2
枚のナイフカツター15が上、下に取付けられて
いる。16は容器で、本体4に着脱自在に載置さ
れている。17は容器蓋で、容器16の開口部を
覆つて着脱自在である。18は容器蓋17の上面
側に設けたくぼみ部で、19はくぼみ部18の最
下部に設けた小孔である。20は小孔19とわず
かな距離を置いて上方に設けた覆い部で、覆い部
20と小孔19との間の側壁には孔21が設けて
ある。22は本体4を覆う裏板、23は脚であ

イフカツター15が回転し容器16内の材料を撹
拌する。次にこのような撹拌をしながら、サラダ
油を容器蓋17に設けたくぼみ部18に注ぐと、
サラダ油は孔21を通り小孔19より容器16内
に滴下し当初入れた材料と混合されマヨネーズが
出来上る。ここで、異物がサラダ油とともにくぼ
み部18に存在していても、覆い部20により容
器16内に混入しにくくなる。また覆い部20の
側面ほぼ全周に小孔19に連通する孔を設けてい
るため、小孔19が異物により完全に塞がれるこ
とが防止できる。ナイフカツター15で撹拌中に
上方へ飛散する容器16内の材料が小孔19より
外部へ飛散しようとするが、小孔19より飛散し
た材料は小孔上方を覆つている覆い部20に当り
外部へは飛散しない。さらに覆い部20を第7図
に示すように小孔19の下方に設けた場合には、
孔21に容器16内の材料が引つ掛りやすくなる
が、本発明のように覆い部20を小孔19の上方
