。Generally, in a center-through type transfer, a bearing such as a needle bearing is inserted into a fitting portion between an input shaft and an output shaft. In conventional transfers configured in this way, the bearing is inserted together with the input shaft into an axial fitting hole recessed in the inner end surface of the output shaft, so that lubricating oil in the transfer housing does not reach the bearing. The problem is that it is difficult. In order to ensure that the lubrication state of the above bearings is sufficiently satisfied, a pressure oil passage leading to the above bearings is formed on the input shaft or the output shaft, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-12862. It is conceivable to apply a technical means of introducing the sent pressure oil into the pressure oil passage through an oil passage formed in the wall portion of the housing. In this case, it is true that a sufficient amount of pressure oil is supplied to the bearing, and the bearing lubrication condition is sufficiently good, but an oil passage must be formed inside the wall of the engine or transfer housing. First, there is a problem that the structure of the engine and transfer housing becomes complicated, and the cost increases significantly. In order to solve this problem, the present inventor proposed that lubricating oil be stored in an extension housing 7 that surrounds a portion 6 of the output shaft 3 that extends outside the main housing 1, as shown in FIG. Note that an oil guide path 8 from the inside of the extension housing 7 to the bearing 5 is formed inside the output shaft 3 to prevent centrifugal force acting on the lubricating oil that rotates around the output shaft 3 and the input shaft 2 inside the main housing 1. Therefore, it was considered to introduce lubricating oil into the main housing 1 from the bearing 5, and to guide the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 to the bearing 5 via the oil guide path 8 by the negative pressure generated by this introduction. However, in such a structure, the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 rotates around the output shaft 3, and the lubricating oil enters the oil guide path 8 due to centrifugal force. It turned out that there was no improvement.

The shaft takes you around. The flow of lubricating oil that is formed in the extension housing by this rotation is dammed by the oil head block, and the lubricating oil is introduced into the opening near the oil head block. In this way, each time the opening approaches the oil head block, the lubricating oil is pushed into the oil guide path and directed toward the bearing, thereby supplying a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to the bearing. In addition, the configuration is simple, as it is essentially just adding the oil guide path, oil rake claw, and oil head block, eliminating the need to form a pressure oil path inside the wall of the engine or housing. can be,
It can be implemented inexpensively. [Description of Embodiments] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, in the so-called center-through type transfer to which the present invention is applied, the inner end of an input shaft 2 is disposed within a main housing 1, and an output shaft 3 is disposed coaxially therewith.
It is inserted into an axial fitting hole 4 provided on the inner end surface of. A bearing 5 made of a needle bearing is fitted between the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 so that the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 can freely rotate relative to each other. An extension housing 7 that surrounds a portion 6 of the output shaft 3 extending outwardly from the main housing 1 is connected to the main housing. Now, in the transfer lubrication device according to the present invention, an oil guide path 8 extending from the inside of the extension housing 7 to the bearing 5 is provided inside the output shaft 3 of the transfer configured as described above. As shown in FIG. 2, oil protrudes from the output shaft 3 toward the upper side in the shaft rotation direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 2) indicated by the arrow A of the opening 9 on the extension housing 7 side of the oil guide path 8. A scraping pawl 10 is provided, and an oil head block 11 is provided extending from the inner peripheral surface of the extension housing 7 to the vicinity of the turning space of the oil scraping pawl 10. In the transfer lubricating device configured as described above, since the oil scraper 10 is provided protruding from the output shaft 3, the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is rotated around the output shaft 3 by the oil scraper 10. . The flow of lubricating oil formed in the extension housing 7 by this co-rotation is dammed by the oil head block 11, as shown by arrow B in FIG. The oil is scooped up by the oil scraper 10 and pushed into the oil guide path 8 through the opening 9. In this way, the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is forced into the oil guide path 8 and directed toward the bearing 5 each time the opening 9 approaches the oil head block 11, so that the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is pushed in an amount sufficient for the bearing 5. can supply lubricating oil. In addition, by simply adding the oil guide path 8, oil rake claw 10, and oil head block 11, a pressure oil path for supplying pressure oil to the bearing 5 can be formed in the wall of the engine (not shown) or the main housing 1. The configuration is simple and can be implemented at low cost. In this embodiment, since the oil head block 11 is integrally cast with the extension housing 7, the structure is simpler and can be implemented at a lower cost. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and for example, a plurality of oil head blocks 11 are arranged around the rotation area of the oil scraper claw 10 at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction of the output shaft 3. may be set.
