Generally, in a center-through type transfer, a bearing such as a needle bearing is inserted into a fitting portion between an input shaft and an output shaft. In conventional transfers configured in this way, the bearings are inserted together with the input shaft into an axial fitting hole recessed in the inner end surface of the output shaft, so lubricating oil in the transfer housing flows into the bearings. The problem is that it is difficult to reach. In order to ensure that the above-mentioned bearings have a sufficiently lubricated state, a pressure oil passage leading to the above-mentioned bearings is formed on the input shaft or the output shaft, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-12862, and It is conceivable to apply a technical means of introducing the sent pressure oil into the pressure oil passage through an oil passage formed in the wall portion of the housing. In this case, it is true that a sufficient amount of pressurized oil is supplied to the bearing, and the lubrication state of the bearing is sufficiently good, but an oil passage must be formed inside the wall of the engine or transfer housing. However, the structure of the engine and transfer housing becomes complicated, resulting in a significant increase in cost. In order to solve this problem, the inventor has developed a third
As shown in the figure, an extension housing 7 surrounds the outwardly extending portion 6 of the main housing 1 of the output shaft 3.
Note that lubricating oil is stored inside the output shaft 3.
The bearing 5 is inserted from the inside of the extension housing 7 into the inside of the bearing 5.
The lubricating oil is introduced into the main housing 1 from the bearing 5 by the centrifugal force acting on the lubricating oil rotating around the output shaft 3 and the input shaft 2 in the main housing 1. The idea was to guide the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 to the bearing 5 through the oil guide path 8 using the negative pressure generated by the above. However, in such a structure, the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 rotates around the output shaft 3, and centrifugal force acts, making it difficult for the lubricating oil to enter the oil guide path 8, and the lubrication state of the bearing 5 is not improved as much as expected. I found out.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention
The following measures have been taken: That is, an input shaft and an output shaft arranged coaxially are fitted into a main housing via a bearing so as to be rotatable with each other, and a portion of the output shaft extending to one outside of the main housing is surrounded. An extension housing is connected to one side of the housing, an oil guide path is provided inside the output shaft from the inside of the extension housing to the bearing, and the shaft rotation direction of the opening of the oil guide path on the extension housing side is provided. An oil scraper protruding from the output shaft is provided on the upper side, and an oil dam block is provided in the extension housing near the turning space of the oil scraper.

In this way, the present invention is provided with an oil scraper protruding from the output shaft on the upper side in the shaft rotation direction of the opening on the extension housing side of the oil guide path, so that the lubricating oil in the extension housing is removed by the oil scraper. It is rotated by the output shaft. The flow of lubricating oil formed in the extension housing by this rotation is stopped by the oil weir block, is scooped by the oil scraper into the opening near the oil weir block, and is directed from the opening. Pushed into the oil passage. In this manner, lubricating oil is forced into the oil guide path and directed toward the bearing each time the opening approaches the oil dam block, so that a sufficient amount of lubricating oil can be supplied to the bearing.
In addition, by simply adding the oil guide path, oil rake claw, and oil dam block, there is no need to form a pressure oil path inside the wall of the engine or housing.
The configuration is simple and can be implemented at low cost.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, in the so-called center-through type transfer to which the present invention is applied, the inner end of an input shaft 2 is located inside a main housing 1, and an output shaft 3 is disposed coaxially with the inner end of the input shaft 2. It is inserted into an axial fitting hole 4 provided on the end face. A bearing 5 made of a needle bearing is fitted between the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 so that the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 can freely rotate relative to each other. An extension housing 7 that surrounds a portion 6 of the output shaft 3 that extends to the outside of the main housing 1
is connected to one side of the main housing. Now, in the transferr lubricating device according to the present invention, an oil guide path 8 extending from the inside of the extension housing 7 to the bearing 5 is provided inside the output shaft 3 of the transferrer configured as described above. Ru. Second
As shown in the figure, an oil scraper protrudes from the output shaft 3 toward the upper side in the shaft rotation direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 2) indicated by the arrow A of the opening 9 on the extension housing 7 side of the oil guide path 8. 10 is provided and an extension housing 7
An oil weir block 11 is provided which extends from the inner circumferential surface of the oil weir block 11 to the vicinity of the turning space of the oil scraper claw 10. In the transfer lubricating device configured in this way, the oil scraper 10 is provided protruding from the output shaft 3, so that the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is absorbed by the oil scraper 10.
0 causes the output shaft 3 to rotate. The flow of lubricating oil formed in the extension housing 7 by this rotation is dammed by the oil dam block 11, as shown by arrow B in FIG.
The oil is scooped into the opening 9 near the oil weir block 11 by the oil scraper 10 and pushed into the oil guide path 8 through the opening 9. In this way, the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is forced into the oil guide path 8 and directed toward the bearing 5 each time the opening 9 approaches the oil weir block 11, so that the lubricating oil in the extension housing 7 is in a sufficient amount for the bearing 5. can supply lubricating oil. In addition, by simply adding the oil guide path 8, oil scraper 10, and oil weir block 11, a pressure oil path for supplying pressure oil to the bearing 5 can be formed in the engine (not shown) or the wall of the main housing 1. The configuration is simple and can be implemented at low cost. In this embodiment, since the oil dam block 11 is integrally cast with the extension housing 7, the structure is simpler and can be implemented at a lower cost. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and for example, a plurality of oil weir blocks 11 may be arranged at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction of the output shaft 3 so as to surround the rotation area of the oil scraper claw 10. It may be placed in
