Claims (1)
回路で増幅してその増幅情報を、アナログデジタル変換
器でディジタル符号に変換し、その符号化温度情報に基
づいて処理回路で補償量を算出する温度補償水晶発振器
において、前記温度検出回路、増幅回路、アナログデイ
ジタル変換器内の比較器および分圧回路の一部ないしは
全てについてその動作電源電力の供給遮断を制御する手
段が設けられ、この手段により温度情報を符号化する時
間を除き、前記各回路の一部ないしは全ての動作を停止
することができることを特徴とするデイジタル制御形温
