Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半球形状内面を有するワークをマンドレルに被着して保
    持する治具であって、加工機械に取付けられるベースプ
    レートと、ベースプレートに固定されてワークの内面に
    適合する外面を形成した殻状のマンドレルと、マンドレ
    ルとベースプレートとの間およびマンドレルとワークの
    開放部との間を密閉するシーリング手段と、ワークの被
    着部とマンドレルの内部とを連通ずる通気孔と、一端が
    マンドレルの内部に連通し他端を真空源に接続しうる抜
    気カツプラとをそなえる半球形状内面を有するワークの
    保持治具。
