ｂ・・・リレー接点。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）１対の入力端子を有する入力信号回路と、電源に
    負荷を介して直列接続された半導体スイッチング素子を
    有しかつ上記入力信号回路に電気的に絶縁された負荷回
    路と、上記半導体スイッチング素子の発熱を感知して所
    定温度で上記負荷回路を開放する感温素子とを具備した
    負荷開閉装置において、上記感温素子の開閉接点を上記
    入力信号回路に介挿し、上記半導体スイッチング素子が
    所定温度以上になったとき上記入力信号回路に対する入
    力信号の印加をしゃ断して上記負荷回路を開放するよう
    に構成したことを特徴とする負荷開閉装置。
  2. （２）入力信号の印加によって励磁されるリレーコイル
    を上記入力信号回路に介挿するとともに、上記リレーコ
    イルの励磁時に閉成される常開リレー接点を上記半導体
    スイッチング素子に並列接続してなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の負荷開閉装置。
