Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体２に開閉体３を揺動自在に枢結するヒンジ１であっ
    て、本体２に挿脱自在に挿入保持される挿入脚４と開閉
    体３に固定される揺動体５とを備え、挿入脚４の上端に
    は左右側面７，７と該左右側面７，７に直交するカム輪
    郭面８とを有するカム体６が取付けられ、揺動体５には
    カム体６の左右側面７，７を扶持状とする左右立壁１２
    ，１２が設けられ、この左右立壁１２，１２がカム体６
    左右側面７，７に左右軸方向を中心とじて揺動自在に枢
    結されたものにおいて、揺動体５の左右立壁１２，１２
    に長孔１６，１６が対向状に設けられ、該長孔１６，１
    ６内周に沿う支持面２１，２１によって、前記カム輪郭
    面８に周面が接当する受圧軸２２が、横架状かつ長孔１
    ６，１６長手方向に摺動自在に支持され、該受圧軸２２
    周面を力ム輪郭面８に押付付勢するバネ２５が設けられ
    、該パネ２５の弾性力によって受圧軸２２をカム輪郭面
    ８上で摺動させてその摺動を前記支持面２１，２１を介
    して揺動体５に伝えて開閉体３を開き方向に揺動すべく
    、カム輪郭面８の形状が、揺動体５の揺動中心Ｏ力象カ
    ム輪郭面８までの距離Ｒが開閉体３の開き方向に沿って
    漸次小さくなる曲面形状とされ、開閉体３の全開位置と
    閉位置とで揺動体５の揺動を規制すべく、両位置に対応
    するカム輪郭面８の両端位置に受圧軸２２が係脱自在に
    係合する係止部２７ａ，２７ｂが設けられ、カム輪郭面
    ８に幅方向が左右方向の案内溝１１が設けられると共に
    該案内溝１１内周面に沿う振止めフランジ２３が受圧軸
    ２２周面に設けられ、さらに受圧軸２２が係止部２７ａ
    ，２７ｂに係合する際に支持面２１．２１に与える衝撃
    を減衰すべく、支持面２１，２１に受圧軸２２からの衝
    撃の減衰手段が設けられたことを特徴とするヒンジ。
