A method using a core (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-26561) has been proposed. However, these electrostatic shoes require special metal rivets and cores to be manufactured and attached separately, which inevitably increases the manufacturing process and costs.

In a method for manufacturing shoes by molding an outsole, a conductive synthetic resin is injected into a mold for molding the outsole to mold the outsole, and by maintaining this injection pressure, the conductive synthetic resin is A synthetic resin is made to protrude from the seam between the upper sole and the insole to the upper surface of the insole, and a film of conductive synthetic resin is formed on the upper surface of the insole.

It is something to do. Now the insole 2 and 9 leather 3 are integrated,
This is mounted in a mold 6 as shown in FIG. 3, and the outsole 1 is formed by injection molding. In this case, another mold 7 is inserted between the leather 9 and the insole 2, and the thickness of the outsole 1 is formed by the mold 6 on the lower surface of the insole 2, which is supported from above by this mold. A space 8 corresponding to this is formed.

In this state, the synthetic resin fills the space 8 and also penetrates into the seam 4, but if this filling pressure is maintained, the resin liquid passes through the seam 4 and reaches the upper surface of the midsole 2. It oozes out and eventually flows out from around the midsole 2 into the gap (previously provided) between the mold 7 and the midsole 2, and finally forms a film 9 over the entire upper surface of the midsole 2. In this state, the mold is appropriately cooled, and after the resin has solidified, the mold 6.7 is removed, and the state shown in the cross section of FIG. Skin 1! An electrostatic shoe in which J9 is formed on the upper surface of the midsole 2 is obtained. When these shoes are worn, static electricity charged on the human body is transmitted from the wide area of the sole of the foot to the outsole 1 via the membrane 9 and the resin at the seams 4, and is discharged to the ground.

The synthetic resin liquid oozes out from the seams when folded and sewn and flows onto the upper surface of the insole, forming a film on the upper surface of the insole. This film is not created in a separate process, but is formed naturally by simply maintaining the pressure during injection or extrusion molding of the outsole, so there is no need for particularly high costs.
