    ッド集積回路装置を押えピンで測定台上に押えつけて特
    性測定をするものにおいて、上記押えピンによって上記
    キャップの上からではなく、上記放熱フィンを直接押え
    るようにしたこどを特徴とするハイブリッド集積回路装
    置測定用押え治具。
