あった。However, when parts made of the same type of material or other types of materials are brazed to this composite wire 3, a complex intermetallic compound of Tir A u + Cu is generated between the core material 1 and the outer sheath metal 2. There was a drawback that the bonding boundary between the core material 1 and the outer sheath metal 2 hardened and became brittle, resulting in a decrease in bonding strength and peeling.

After brazing the hinge 8, broach 9 and box leg material 10 to these in the same manner as above, a peel test was performed on them.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the hinge 8. The broach 9 and the box leg material 10 were separated from the core material 1 together with the outer sheath metal 2 of the temple 6 and the deformed wire 7, and the outer sheath metal 2 had an impractical bonding strength.

る。(Effect of the invention) As can be seen from the above explanation, the composite wire of the present invention is made of Ti or T.
An intermediate layer of Ti, Ag, Cu, or Ag-Pd alloy that does not form an embrittlement layer is placed between the core material of i-alloy and the outer sheath metal of Karasoto gold. By brazing the members, the bonding boundary between the core material and the outer sheath metal is prevented from becoming hardened and brittle, and the bonding strength is increased to prevent peeling of the outer sheath metal, which is an excellent effect.
