Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a sheet material to stick easily to the outside of a trunk part of a metallic tube, by a method wherein the sheet material is wound around the trunk part of the metallic tube after heating of the trunk by making use of an article to the back of which a heat-sensitive adhesive has been applied beforehand as the sheet material to be stuck to a metallic tube. CONSTITUTION:A metallic tube 1 supported by a mandrel 12 at a B position is heated by the mandrel 12 by the time the metallic tube 1 arrives at an A position. On the one hand, when a sheet material 2 is pulled out by a feed roller 24 and the tip of the same arrives at a space between the mandrel 12 and a revolving roller 13, the feed roller 24 is stopped by actuating a photosensor 27, and the sheet material 2 is cut off into a necessary length for winding a piece of the metallic tube 1 by actuating a cutter 25. Then the revolving roller 13 revolving always is pressed against the mandrel 12 and the sheet material 2 is wound around the outside of the metallic tube 1 by revolving the metallic tube and mandrel 12. The sheet material is stuck on the outside of the trunk of the trunk of the metallic tube one after another by performing the rest similary and a composite tube is manufactured.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, metallic aluminum tubes and plastic laminate tubes have been commonly used as extruded tubes. However, each of these has advantages and disadvantages. For example, metal tubes have good gas barrier properties, but printing is limited, and the body has no restoring force, making it difficult to extrude the appropriate amount of contents. .

In addition, laminated tubes have the advantage of being able to print beautifully and have a soft body, making it possible to extrude an appropriate amount of the contents, but they have problems with gas barrier properties, and the shoulder after extruding the contents cannot be restored. Because the force is too great, there are problems such as air being sucked in and the contents rotting or deteriorating. Therefore, the present applicant has developed a new composite tube that eliminates the drawbacks of each of the conventional extruded tubes and can effectively exhibit each of the advantages. As shown in Fig. 4, this composite tube is made by adhering paper 1 and a single or composite sheet material 2, such as synthetic paper or plastic, to the outer surface of the body of a relatively thin metal tube 1. .

Pressed against the mandrel. As a result, the metal tube rotates together with the mandrel, and the sheet material is wrapped around the outer periphery of the body of the metal tube while being pressed. At this time,
Since the metal tube is heated with a mandrel, the heat-sensitive adhesive on the back side of the sheet material is activated and the sheet material is well adhered to the metal tube. The sheet material is thus adhered to the metal tube body without handling tacky adhesive.

FIG. 1 is a side view schematically showing an example of a composite tube manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing an eliminated tube by bonding a sheet material 2 to the outer surface of the body of a cylindrical metal tube 1 with one end open as shown in FIG. It is. In the figure, the manufacturing apparatus is roughly divided into a sheet material pasting device 10 and a sheet material supplying device 20. The sheet material pasting device IO includes a plurality of metal mandrels 2 held on a disc 11 that rotates intermittently and a rotating roller 13 provided in parallel near the mandrel 12 at position A.
exists. As shown in FIG. 3, each mandrel 12 has a hollow structure and is rotatably held relative to the disk 11.
A rod-shaped electric heater 14 is provided inside the hollow space. The heater 14 constitutes a means for heating the mandrel 12, and unlike the mandrel 12, it is fixed to the disc 11 so as not to rotate.

The rotating roller 13 is held by a suppressing device (for example, an air cylinder) (not shown), and the mandrel 12 is held as shown in FIG.
a six-turn rotary motor which is movable between a standby position away from the mandrel 12 and an operating position in which it is pressed against the mandrel 12 as shown in FIGS. The roller I3 is for pressing and adhering the sheet material 2 to the body of the metal tube I supported by the mandrel 12, and has an effective length that is at least longer than the width of the sheet material 2, and is made of metal. The wrap of sheet material on the tube is arranged to press against the section. Also, one rotation roller 1
The surface of 3 is so that the sheet material 2 can be wrapped around the metal tube 1 on the mandrel 12 and bonded well.
A heating device 15 such as an infrared heater is disposed near the zero-turn roller I3, which is lined with a material 1 having appropriate elasticity and heat resistance, such as silicone rubber, and heats the surface of the one-turn roller 13.

The disk 11 rotates intermittently so that the mandrel 12 advances one pitch at a time, and while the disk 11 is stopped, a metal tube 1 is inserted into the mandrel 12 at position B. The metal tube 1 supported by the mandrel I2 at the B position is heated by the mandrel 12 until the mandrel 12 reaches the A position. On the other hand, the sheet material 2 wound around the N3 take-up roll 21 is pulled out at the feed port 24, and when the leading end reaches between the mandrel 12 and the rotating roller 13 as shown in FIG. The vacuum box 26 operates to stop the rotation of the feed roller 24 and stop the sheet material 2. Next, the vacuum box 26 operates to hold the sheet material 2 stationary, and the cutter 25 operates to cut the sheet material 2 into one piece. Then, the vacuum box 26 is released, and the vacuum box 26 is released.

In the above embodiment, the mandrel 12 is held on the disc 11 and the sheet material is pasted intermittently to the positions (from position 7); however, the mandrel is not limited to the disc, and other holding means may be used. For example, the mandrel may be held by an endless chain to feed the sheet material to a certain position, or the mandrel may be arranged so as not to move, and the metal tube may be supplied and discharged at a fixed position.

The sheet material supply device H20 of the above embodiment uses a long sheet material wound around a take-up roll 21, and the tip of the sheet material 2 reaches between the mandrel 12 and the rotating roller I3 in a state fS. Although the structure is for cutting the material, 3 the present invention is not limited to this structure and can be modified as appropriate. A sheet material cut to a predetermined length may be used, or a sheet material cut to a predetermined length may be used instead of a winding roll. When feeding, the sheet material may be fed between the rotating roller and the mandrel by pressing the one-turn roller 13 against the mandrel 12 and rotating the mandrel and the metal tube thereon.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the apparatus of the present invention heats the body of a cylindrical metal tube 1 while supporting it with a mandrel 12, and also heats the body of a cylindrical metal tube 1 while supporting it with a mandrel 12. Since it is wrapped around the outer surface of the body of a metal tube, the sheet material can be wrapped around the easily deformable metal tube without deforming the tube, and at the same time the heat-sensitive adhesive can be activated. Good adhesion can be achieved. Furthermore, this invention! With Jt, there is no need to apply sticky adhesive to the sheet material or metal tube when adhering the sheet material to the metal tube.
Therefore, since it is not necessary to use adhesives that are difficult to handle, the structure of the device is simplified, and the JJ position is not contaminated with adhesives during operation, making maintenance management of the device easy. Exists.
