The frame 1 is also provided inside with a tape transfer roller 6 for transferring the tape 3 from the unwinding shaft 2 to the frame and completing the separation of the tape 3 at the same time. The tape transfer roll 6 may be arranged close to the opening 9 of the casing 1, but this is only a preferred and not limiting arrangement, and tape transfer rolls 6 arranged at other positions inside the casing 1 are also feasible for the present invention.
An unreeling knob 14 capable of finely adjusting the unreeling axis 2 is further arranged on the surface of the outer frame 1. The release paper transfer roller 8 is disposed against the tape transfer roller 6 so as to receive the release paper 3b separated from the tape 3. As is clear from fig. 2, the release paper transfer roller 8 and the adhesive tape transfer roller 6 are arranged almost in contact with each other. More specifically, the gap between the release paper transfer roller 8 and the tape transfer roller 6 allows only the adhesive tape 3 to pass therethrough. At this position, the adhesive tape 3 is separated into the double-sided adhesive tape 3a and the release paper 3b, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape 3a continues to be transferred on the surface of the tape transfer roller 6 along the original traveling track of the adhesive tape 3, and the release paper 3b is separated from the double-sided adhesive tape 3a, and the traveling track thereof is changed to the surface of the release paper transfer roller 8.
The winding shaft 10 is disposed in the outer frame 1 at a position approximately right from the center and is close to the release paper transfer roller 8. That is, the release paper transfer roller 8 is almost in contact with the tape transfer roller 6 on the one hand and the take-up shaft 10 on the other hand. The release paper 3b from the release paper transfer roller 8 is transferred to the take-up reel 10 by the frictional force between the release paper transfer roller 8 and the tape transfer roller 6 and the take-up reel 10 and wound in a roll shape thereon, so that the release paper 3b separated from the tape 3 is stored inside the outer frame 1. Of course, the winding shaft 10 may be provided at another position inside the frame 1 as long as the storage of the release paper 3b is not affected.
In the above example, the release paper transfer roller 8, the tape transfer roller 6, and the winding shaft 10 maintain the conveyance of the tape 3 by virtue of the frictional force therebetween. However, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to utilize such a variation as the intermeshing between gears disposed below the rollers to drive the conveyance of the adhesive tape 3, and such a variation should be easily conceivable for those skilled in the art.
A winding knob 12 capable of finely adjusting the winding axis 10 is further provided on the surface of the outer frame 1. When the sticking work is performed, the release paper 3b separated from the tape 3 is wound around the winding shaft 10, and there is a possibility that the release paper 3b wound around the winding shaft 10 is loosened due to insufficient tension. An operator can rotate the winding knob 12 to drive the winding shaft 10 to rotate together, so that the loose release paper 3b is tensioned again.
Generally, the winding knob 12 is provided coaxially with the winding shaft 10 on the surface of the outer frame 1. Of course, other positions of the winding knob 12 on the surface of the outer frame 1 are also possible as long as the winding shaft 10 can be finely adjusted in a rotatable manner.
An opening 9 for supplying the double-sided adhesive tape 3a is provided at one side of the outer frame 1, and the shape of the opening 9 is designed to be a long strip shape suitable for adhering the double-sided adhesive tape 3a to the paper 16. A double-sided adhesive attaching unit for attaching the double-sided adhesive tape 3a, which is constituted by the front pressing roller 5 and the rear pressing roller 4, is provided at the opening 9.
The double-sided tape 3a separated from the adhesive tape 3 is conveyed to the front pressing roller 5 and the rear pressing roller 4 after passing through the tape transfer roller 6. The front pressing roller 5 and the rear pressing roller 4 are arranged side by side in the conveying direction of the double-sided tape 3 a. As can be seen from fig. 2, the surfaces of the front pressing roller 5 and the rear pressing roller 4 that receive the double-sided adhesive tape 3a are arranged to slightly protrude from the opening 9 (in fig. 2, the position of the opening 9 is shown by a dotted line). Of course, it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the tape transfer roller 6 may be disposed flush with the front pressing roller 5 and the rear pressing roller 4, that is, the surface of the tape transfer roller 6 receiving the double-sided adhesive tape 3a may slightly protrude out of the opening 9, so that the double-sided adhesive tape 3a is flush with the tape transfer roller 6, the front pressing roller 5, and the rear pressing roller 4. In this way, the operator can more easily stick the double-sided tape 3a to the paper 16.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, the tape transfer roller 6 may be provided coaxially with a transfer roller knob 15 for fine adjustment of the tape transfer roller 6 on the surface of the outer frame 1. The operator can slightly rotate the tape transfer roller 6 by using the transfer roller knob 15 to adjust the tension of the adhesive tape 3 wound around the tape transfer roller 6.

The double-sided adhesive tape cutting unit is composed of a double-sided adhesive tape cutter 7 and a cutter knob 11. The double-sided tape cutter 7 is disposed in the vicinity of the tape transfer roller 6, and is constituted by a blade portion and a handle portion. As shown in fig. 2, the blade portion is directed toward the tape transfer roller 6, and has a length substantially equal to the distance between the double-sided adhesive tape cutter 7 and the tape transfer roller 6, thereby enabling cutting of the double-sided adhesive tape 3a wound on the tape transfer roller 6. Thus, the double-sided adhesive tape 3a cut off is adhered to the surface of the tape transfer roller 6. The handle portion is provided with a rotation shaft around which the blade portion is pivoted, and a cutter knob 11 coaxial with the rotation shaft of the handle portion is provided on the surface of the outer frame 1. With this arrangement, the operator can adjust the pivoting of the double-sided adhesive tape cutter 7 by means of the cutter knob 11, i.e., bring the blade portion into the cutting position or withdraw the blade portion from the cutting position and return to the home position.
In a preferred embodiment shown in fig. 2, a handle 13 for an operator to hold is preferably provided on the outer frame 1. Handles 13 are provided on opposite sides of opening 9. The handle 13 may have an ergonomically adapted shape to provide a better grip for the operator.

4. The double-sided tape sticking tool according to claim 3, wherein the double-sided tape sticking unit includes a front pressing roller (5) and a rear pressing roller (4) which are arranged side by side in a conveying direction of the double-sided tape (3a),
wherein the surfaces of the front and rear pressing rollers (5, 4) receiving the double-sided adhesive (3a) slightly protrude out of the opening (9).

The double-sided adhesive tape application tool according to claim 4, wherein the surface of the tape transfer roller (6) receiving the double-sided adhesive tape (3a) is flush with the surfaces of the front pressing roller (5) and the rear pressing roller (4) receiving the double-sided adhesive tape (3 a).
6. The double-sided tape application tool according to claim 2, wherein the double-sided tape cutting unit comprises:
a double-sided tape cutter (7) disposed in the vicinity of the tape transfer roller (6) and having a blade portion directed toward the tape transfer roller (6) to cut off the double-sided tape (3a) wound around the tape transfer roller (6); and
and a cutter knob (11) for adjusting the pivoting of the double-sided adhesive tape cutter (7).
7. The double-sided adhesive tape sticking tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer frame (1) is provided with handles (13) on opposite sides of the opening (9) for an operator to hold.
8. The double-sided tape application tool according to claim 3,
the winding knob (12) is arranged on the surface of the outer frame (1) to be coaxial with the winding shaft center (10) and/or
The unreeling knob (14) is arranged on the surface of the outer frame (1) to be coaxial with the unreeling axis (2).
