Conventionally, for example, surgical operations are usually performed in operating rooms that are kept at constant temperature and humidity. Abnormal changes often occur, sometimes with life-threatening consequences.
Therefore, if it is detected that the body temperature is decreasing or increasing, it is necessary to take measures to actively warm or cool the patient. However, the above-mentioned treatment for patients undergoing surgery is extremely difficult in practice, and in many cases, simple, temporary treatment is performed, and there is a need for more effective equipment that can deal with such situations. It was requested.

The present invention was developed specifically in response to the above-mentioned needs, and it maintains the temperature of the patient's bed at a lower or higher temperature than the normal body temperature according to changes in the patient's body temperature during surgery. To provide a surgical bed device capable of effectively suppressing abnormal fluctuations in the body temperature of the patient, as shown in FIG. A cavity 2 is formed, and one of the cavities 2 is communicated with the air supply side of an air supply device 3 whose supply air temperature can be adjusted via a pipe 4.
is connected to the intake side of the air supply device 3 via a return pipe 5, and air at a temperature lower than the normal body temperature or air at a temperature higher than the normal body temperature is circulated and supplied into the cavity 2 to cool the human body on the bed main body 1. It is constructed so that it can be cooled or heated.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the bed main body 1 to which the device of the present invention is applied is provided with a flat hollow part 2 inside it, preferably inside the front surface side of the central part. The temperature of the air supplied into the bed body 2 is transmitted to the patient on the bed main body 1 via the upper sheet 6. Although the surface structure of the bed main body 1 is not particularly limited, it is preferable to have a slightly undulating surface rather than a flat surface because the heat exchange area becomes larger. The air supply device 3 that supplies air at a desired temperature into the cavity 2 includes an air supply fan 7, as schematically shown in FIG.
A cooler 8 is connected to the air supply side of the fan 7 and is mounted on the upper part.
A temperature adjustment chamber 10 equipped with a heater 9 at the bottom, and filters 1 on the intake side and the air supply side of the fan 7.
1 and 12, and more preferably a display section 13 for the patient's body temperature, a display section 14 for the air temperature in the temperature adjustment chamber 10, a temperature adjustment dial 15 for the cooler 8, and a temperature adjustment dial for the heater 9. It is equipped with a dial 16 etc., and the bed main body 1
In response to changes in the patient's body temperature during surgery, air at a temperature lower or higher than the normal body temperature is supplied into the cavity 2 to adjust the surface temperature of the bed main body 1 so that the patient's body temperature becomes abnormally high. It is configured to suppress abnormal changes in the patient's body temperature by providing a cooling effect when the patient's body temperature becomes too hot and a heating effect when the temperature becomes low. In the figure, reference numeral 17 denotes a body temperature measuring device, and this body temperature measuring device 17 is preferably connected to the above-mentioned air supply device 3 with a lead wire 18, and displays the patient's body temperature on the above-mentioned display section 13, and displays the displayed value. If the body temperature exceeds the normal body temperature, the cooler 7 is activated to supply low-temperature air into the bed main body 1, and if it is lower than the normal body temperature, the heater 9 is activated to supply air at a temperature higher than the normal body temperature. It is preferable that air be supplied into the bed main body 1. 19 is its control section. However, the supply air temperature may be adjusted by manually operating the temperature adjustment dials 15 and 16 while measuring the patient's body temperature.

Although the internal structure of the bed main body 1 used in the present invention is not particularly limited, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to have a structure in which the cushion is inflated to form a cushion and the temperature inside the cavity 2 can be transmitted to the patient via the top sheet 6. It is advisable to use a heat sink to prevent heat loss. In addition, the air supply pipe 4 and return pipe 5 that connect the bed main body 1 and the air supply device 3 are made detachable from the bed main body 1 or the air supply device 3, so that the patient can be transported together with the bed main body 1 to another room. It would be even more convenient if it could be used in other rooms by connecting it to the air supply device installed in that room. Further, it is preferable to select a material with good thermal conductivity for the top sheet 6.

As described above, the surgical bed device according to the present invention has a cavity 2 whose upper surface is covered with a flexible sheet 6 having good thermal conductivity on the surface side of the central part inside the bed main body 1. A pipe 4 is connected to one side of the section 2 to the air supply side of an air supply device 3 whose supply air temperature can be adjusted.
At the same time, the other side of the cavity 2 is connected to the intake side of the air supply device 3 via a return pipe 5, and air at a temperature lower than normal body temperature or air at a temperature higher than the normal body temperature is supplied into the cavity 2. Since it is designed to cool or heat the human body on the bed main body 1 by circulating supply, if the patient's body temperature suddenly changes abnormally during or before and after surgery, the bed will respond to the change. The surface temperature of the main body 1 can be made low or high, and an abnormal rise or fall in body temperature can be effectively suppressed. In addition, the high-temperature or low-temperature air flowing through the cavity 2 is transmitted to the human body through the flexible sheet 6 with good thermal conductivity, which forms the upper surface of the cavity 2. It is capable of uniform heating or cooling, and its temperature can be smoothly adjusted according to body temperature,
It helps reduce the mortality rate during and after surgery due to abnormal changes in body temperature, especially cooling and
It is advantageous as a surgical bed device in that the heating action is performed using air, the switching operation can be performed quickly and easily, and the cooling or heating effect is immediately produced.
