Surgical operations are usually performed in operating rooms that are kept at constant temperature and humidity, but when performing major surgeries that affect the human body's life, or sometimes due to the patient's constitution, the patient's body temperature may suddenly change abnormally. This often occurs, sometimes with life-threatening consequences. Therefore, if it is detected that the body temperature is decreasing or increasing, it is necessary to actively warm or cool the patient.
However, the above-mentioned treatment for patients undergoing surgery is extremely difficult in practice, and in many cases, the reality is that simple temporary treatment is performed.
There has been a strong demand for a more effective device that can deal with such situations.

The present invention was developed in particular in response to the above-mentioned needs, and includes pumping air that is either lower temperature or hotter than normal body temperature to the patient in response to changes in the patient's body temperature during surgery. To provide a surgical bed device capable of effectively suppressing abnormal fluctuations in body temperature, the bed device comprising a pine main body having a hollow cavity at least in the center and a large number of pores on the surface side. An adjustable air supply device of the air supply device is coupled to the cavity of the mat so that low temperature air or heated high temperature air can be supplied into the mat in response to changes in the body temperature of the human body on the mat main body. It is characterized by the fact that

Hereinafter, an embodiment will be explained in detail based on the drawings schematically showing the embodiment. Reference numeral 1 is a surgical mat main body, and the main mat main body 1 is inside the main body, preferably inside the central part, as shown in FIG. It has a cavity 2, and a large number of pores 3, 3 are provided on the surface side, so that the air supplied into the cavity 2 leaks to the surface side and can act on the patient's body. It's summery. Although the structure of the surface portion of the mat main body 1 is not particularly limited, it is preferable to have a slightly undulating surface rather than a flat surface. Reference numeral 4 denotes an air supply device for sending air to the cavity 2 through a pipe 5. Inside the air supply device 4, as shown schematically in FIG. A temperature adjustment chamber 9 connected to the air supply side of the fan 6 and equipped with a cooler 7 at the upper part and a heater 8 at the lower part, and filters 10 and 11 on the intake side and the air supply side of the fan 6, preferably body temperature display section 12 and the temperature adjustment chamber 9
display section 13 for the air temperature inside the air conditioner, and the cooler 7
It is equipped with a temperature adjustment dial 14 and a temperature adjustment dial 15 of the heater 8, etc.
Air at a temperature lower than the normal body temperature or air at a temperature higher than the normal body temperature is supplied into the cavity 2 of the mat main body 1 in response to changes in the body temperature of the patient undergoing surgery.
When the patient's body temperature becomes abnormally high, it acts as a cooling effect, and when it becomes low, it acts as a heating effect, thereby suppressing abnormal changes in the patient's body temperature. In the figure, 16 is a circulation pipe connecting the mat main body 1 and the exhaust side of the air supply device 4;
And 17 is a body temperature measuring device.

The body temperature measuring device 17 is preferably connected to the above-mentioned air supply device 4 through a lead wire 18, and displays the patient's body temperature on the display section 12, and when the displayed value exceeds normal body temperature, the body temperature measurement device 17 is connected to the above-mentioned air supply device 4 through a lead wire 18. The cooler 7 of the air device 4 is operated to supply low-temperature air into the mat main body 1, and when the temperature is lower than normal body temperature, the heater 8 side is operated to supply air with a higher temperature than normal body temperature to the mat main body 1. It is a good idea to have it supplied internally. 19 is its control section. However, the supply air temperature may be adjusted by manually operating the temperature adjustment dials 14 and 15 while measuring the patient's body temperature.

Although the internal structure of the mat main body 1 used in the present invention is not particularly limited, as shown in FIG. The mat main body 1 may be made of a relatively hard material, as shown in FIG. A conduit 21 having a cavity 2 formed therein and having small holes 20 therein is disposed inside the cavity 2, and a conduit 21 having a large number of holes 3, 3 bored on the surface of the conduit 21 is formed. Cold or hot air may be delivered to the patient via a tube (not shown).

As described above, the surgical bed device of the present invention has a mat main body 1 having a cavity 2 at least in the center and a large number of pores 3 communicating with the cavity 2 on the surface side. 2 is combined with an air supply device 4 whose supply air temperature can be adjusted, and supplies air at a temperature lower than the normal body temperature or air at a temperature higher than the normal body temperature into the mat main body 1 in response to changes in the body temperature of the human body on the mat main body 1. If the patient's body temperature changes abnormally during or before or after surgery,
Heating or cooling air can be applied to the patient in response to the change, and an abnormal drop or rise in body temperature can be effectively suppressed. Moreover, since air fills the cavity 2 and blows out upward from the numerous pores 3 communicating with the cavity 2, the human body can be heated or cooled completely in a short period of time, reducing body temperature. It is useful for reducing the mortality rate during and after surgery due to abnormal changes, and in addition, the temperature of cooling and heating air can be directly controlled by the air supply device 4. It is advantageous as a surgical bed device in that the switching and its effects are quick and the operation is extremely easy.
