the heat exchange circulating system comprises a water cooling head (1225), a pump (1223) and a connecting pipeline in a heat preservation shell (1229), wherein the water cooling head (1225) and the pump (1223) are installed on the connecting pipeline; the water cooling head (1225), the pump (1223) and the connected water pipe (113) form a liquid closed loop, and the pump (1223) provides power for liquid in the closed loop so as to realize energy exchange in the sickbed assembly (11) and the control box assembly (12).

The heatable and coolable hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein: the heating plate (1224) is attached to one end of the water cooling head (1225) and used for heating liquid in the water cooling head (1225), and the other end of the water cooling head (1225) is attached to the cold end of the electronic condensation sheet (1226) and used for cooling the liquid in the water cooling head (1225); the hot end of the electronic condensation sheet (1226) is connected with one end of the temperature-equalizing plate (1227), and the other end of the temperature-equalizing plate (1227) is connected with a fan (1228) to accelerate heat dissipation.

The heatable and coolable hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein: the digital display temperature control plate (1221) comprises a display screen (12211), an operation button (12212), an emergency stop button (12213), a sensor interface (12214), a pin interface (12215) and a remote controller interface (12216), the display screen (12211) is arranged on the upper side of the digital display temperature control plate (1221), the operation button (12212) and the emergency stop button (12213) are arranged on the lower side of the digital display temperature control plate (1221), the pin interface (12215) is arranged on the bottom side of the digital display temperature control plate (1221), and the pump (1223), the heating plate (1224), the electronic condensation sheet (1226) and the fan (1228) are connected with the pin interface (12215) of the digital display temperature control plate (1221) through pins; the sensor interface (12214) and the remote controller interface (12216) are arranged on the middle side of the digital display temperature control plate (1221), and the temperature sensor (1222) is connected to the control box assembly (12) through the sensor interface (12214); the control box assembly (12) further comprises a remote control (123), the remote control (123) being connected to the control box assembly (12) through the remote control interface (12216).

The heatable and coolable hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein: one side of the bed frame (111) further comprises a first sensor insertion hole (1113), and the temperature sensor (1222) measures the temperature of the heat-insulation board (112) through the first sensor insertion hole (1113); one side of the heat conductive plate (114) further includes a second sensor insertion hole (1142), and the temperature sensor (1222) measures the temperature of the heat conductive plate (114) through the second sensor insertion hole (1142).
5. The heatable and coolable hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein: the bed base (111) further comprises a rack (1111) for mounting a control box assembly (12).
