・環状溝、２０ａ・・・底部、２２・・・弾性リング、
２３・・・シールリング、２５．２６・・・両端部の環
状脚部、２７・・・中間環状脚部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに軸方向移動自在に嵌合するシリンダ部材と軸部材
    のうちいずれか一方の部材に環状溝を形成し、該環状１
    苫に嵌着される摺動用パッキンにおいて、弾性リングと
    硬質のシールリングを備え、弾性リングを上記溝の底部
    に嵌合すると共に、弾性リングの弾性力によりシールリ
    ングを相手側部材の摺接面に押し付け、弾性リングの底
    面の軸方向両端部及び中間部に環状脚部を形成し、各脚
    部間に環状室を形成し、両端部の脚部には切込を形成せ
    ずに両端部の脚部の高さを中間の脚部の高さよりも低く
    形成して、パッキン装着状態において中間脚部のみが圧
    縮され、両端部の脚部と溝底部の間に、各環状室をそれ
    ぞれ別々の作動流体室に連通しうる隙間を有するように
    したことを特徴とする畜封装置。
