    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アクセルペタルの踏込みにより出力を増大されるエンジ
    ンを塔載した車両において、アクセルペダルの異常に大
    きな踏力を検出するアクセル誤操作検出手段と、アクセ
    ル誤操作検出時該手段からの信号によってエンジンの出
    力を低下させるエンジン出力低下手段とを具備してなる
    車両のアクセル誤操作対策装置。
