No., ◎Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface has a mountain-like shape, and a wall formed using this has the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes shabby, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also has disadvantages such as difficulty in construction, lack of waterproofness in the connecting portions, and the possibility of separation. In addition, this type of board has many hook structures, and has the disadvantage that the width of the joints is uneven due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) by design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, lacking a three-dimensional effect and having a small working width.
It had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this type that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and provides a recessed part with a gap that strengthens the step part to make the dividing line clearer and to make the board The appearance of the joints in the male and female joints that are formed when they are connected is structured to closely resemble the step appearance of the decorative surface area, making it easy to install the boards by one worker without requiring any skill. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a board that has a uniform cross-joint width, no deformation of the decorative surface, and greatly enhances solidity, waterproofness, and three-dimensionality.

The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the above board A, as shown in FIG.
For example, a metal plate made of one type of surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name Galfan, Galharium steel plate, Super Zinc), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate, a copper plate, etc. Forming (including flat plates and embossed plates) with rolls or presses, or extrusion molding, etc.
A heat insulating material 24 is integrally filled between the top surface material and the back surface material 23, which are formed into a shape as shown in FIG. 2, to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material is composed of a long decorative surface portion, a male connecting portion 1, a female connecting portion 2, and a gutter-like portion 22 filled with a heat insulating material 24. In other words, the amount of the decorative surface portion is as shown in the figure, at an arbitrary position (in the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate material, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, and with the step piece 3 forming at least one step and its lower end inward. , then fold outward to a depth of, say, 2-1.
The top of the stepped portion formed from the recessed portion 4 at the 0 fin level and the stepped piece 3
A plurality of long inclined decorative pieces 6.6a divided by
(hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative piece) and a gap 5a formed at the upper edge of the decorative piece 6a. Note that the size of the gap 5a is the size of the gap that occurs on the surface material when it is bent, or it is formed arbitrarily. This not only enhances the three-dimensional effect of I, but also reinforces its strength. The above-mentioned decorative surface portion ↓ mainly forms the surface of the surface material in a step-like manner to promote a three-dimensional effect and is useful for improving strength. In particular, the recessed portion 4 is effective in clearly forming a dividing line on the stepped portion and making the stepped piece 3 visually appear larger and sharper. Also,
The male connecting part 1 has a groove part 8 whose upper end edge of the decorative surface part 1 is depressed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 9 (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 8. The engagement groove 11 includes an insertion edge 1o formed from the insertion edge 1o, an engagement groove 11 having the insertion edge 1o as an upper end, and an extension portion 13 projecting outward from the lower edge 12 of the engagement groove 11. To explain further, the extension part I3 is formed by a nailing piece I4 and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent outward. The female connecting part (2) has a stepped piece 17 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 1, an upper edge 18 whose lower edge is bent inward, and a lower edge 19 which is formed by bending its tip outward. A fitting groove 2o into which the insertion edge 10 is fitted, and a tongue piece 21 bent inward at the tip of the lower edge 19 are formed into a hollow shape, and the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 11 to increase the engagement force. It helps to strengthen. Also,
The gutter-like portion 22 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion, the male and female connecting portions 1, and a river, and is filled with a heat storage material 24. The dimensions and angles of each part on the surface material were set as follows. The angles θ1 and θ2 of the decorative piece 6.6a with respect to the horizontal line A are θ1-θ2, or θ1#θ2, or somewhat similar θ1 and θ2, and the angles θ3 and θ4 between the decorative piece 6.6a and the step piece 3.18 are θ3=θ4, or θ3#θ4, for example θg=90′, the angle θ5 between the stepped piece 17 and the upper edge 18, and the angle θG of the fitting groove 20 are determined according to the angle of the insertion edge 10. . In addition, the heights hl and h2 of the step pieces 3.17 are the same or almost the same,
The height from the apex 5b of the stepped portion 5 to the horizontal line opening is h3, the height from the upper end of the stepped piece 17 to the horizontal line opening is h4, the thickness between the back surface of the stepped portion and the back material 23 is Δt, and the top of the surface material If the thickness of the plate is t, then h3>h4, h3 = h h+Δh
1+Δt is a height close to that. This means that when board A is installed on frame α as shown in Figure 3, the height H of the horizontal joint between boards A from frame α is the same as the height H of the horizontal joint between boards A, but it is almost the same or slightly lower. This is to make it clearer. Note that the difference in height between the step portion l and the horizontal joint portion is approximately A1.1. Further, although the height Δh1 of the gap 5a in the recess 4 is arbitrary, by making it almost the same as the gap Δh2 at the joint between the boards A as shown in FIG. In order to create an appearance as configured by the above, Δh1=Δh2, Δh+=Δh2, Δh, >Δh
It is preferable to set it to 2. Furthermore, the back material 23 described above
is for covering at least the back side of the heat insulating material 24, and in addition to strengthening the mechanical strength of the board itself, it also covers a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet,
It functions as a member of release sheets, banking materials, reinforcing sheets, etc., and is used, for example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (An, Pb
,, Fe), one type of synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these, or waterproofing for this type of sheet.
It is made of one type of material, such as one that has been subjected to a treatment such as anti-fA treatment, or one of the metal plates described above. In addition, insulation material 2
4 fills the space formed by at least the back surface of the decorative surface section and the back surface of the female connecting section side, giving the board heat insulation and strength, and secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. It is made of one type of material that has Specifically, it is made of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is a molded product or a material that is discharged, molded, solidified, or self-adhesive as a raw material. It consists of one type. In addition,
When a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required on the surface material and between the back surface material 23. To explain further, the heat insulating material 24 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , calcium carbonate,
It is made of one or more of aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons.

Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall. In addition, board A
+, A2 is a color steel plate with a thickness of 0.27 mm on the surface material, the back material 23 is aluminum kraft paper, and the heat insulating material 24 is a material for polyisocyanurate foam that is discharged between the surface material and the back material 23, and is subjected to reaction foaming. It was then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nailing piece 14 of the nth board A1 is attached to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used) through the nails β. Fix it. Next, the h+1st board A2
The fitting groove 20 for the female connecting portion is fitted into the insertion edge 10 of the male connecting portion 1 of the board A1 to form a joint as shown in FIG. 3. In other words, the horizontal joint part is board A1, A
It is formed to have an appearance that is the same as or slightly lower than that of the step part 2. In other words, the female connecting portion side of the hoard A2 and the upper end of the decorative piece 6 of the board A1 are in contact with each other, forming a slight gap Δh2 there, so that an appearance very similar to the stepped portion of the board A is formed. This is what I did. In addition, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for vertical joints, exits, and corners of the wall (not shown).

As described above, according to the board according to the present invention, (1) since at least one stepped portion is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface does not become uneven. (2) Since a recess with a gap is provided in the stepped portion, the difference in level between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, and the entire decorative surface portion has a rich three-dimensional appearance. (2) Since the male and female joints are formed into the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even a person can perform the work, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and the joint is highly waterproof. ■No skill is required to connect the boards, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. ■The board has a sandwich structure, which improves its strength. ■When a wall is formed with boards, the external appearance of the raw horizontal joints at the stepped portions is at least almost the same, so it is possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. ■Insulating material is filled as the core material of the board, and the side joints have a double layer of insulating material, making it possible to form walls with excellent insulation properties. ■Since the surface material is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical.
