  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （ａ） 車速を検出する車速検出器と、（ｂｌ 上
    下方向入力に対する減衰力及び上下方向のバネ定数の少
    なくとも一方を可変にしたサスペンション機構と、 （Ｃ） 前記車速検出器からの出力信号を入力し、こ
    れが停止判断車速設定値以下の停止判断車速であるか停
    止判断車速設定値より大きい値に設定した停車判断解除
    車速設定値以上の通常車速であるかを判定する走行状態
    判定手段と、 （ｄ） 前記走行状態判定手段の判定結果が停止判断
    車速となったいる間、及び停止判断連速となってから通
    常車速となるまでの間前記サスペンション機構の減衰力
    及びバネ定数の少なくとも一方をより大きくする制御手
    段と、 を備えたことを特徴とするサスペンションの制御装置。 ，
