Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駐車ブレーキの作動および解除を制御する電磁装置と、
    該電磁装置に対してブレーキ作動指令信号を出力するコ
    ントローラとを備えた電動駐車ブレーキ装置であって、
    車速を検出する車速センサと、フットブレーキのペダル
    踏力を検出するブレーキペダル踏力検出手段と、上記車
    速センサおよびブレーキペダル踏力検出手段からの信号
    によって停車を判断し、上記ブレーキ作動指令信号を出
    力させる指令信号制御手段とが備えられていることを特
    徴とする電動駐車ブレーキ装置。
