Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）一機関回転数検出手段と、該機関回転数検出手段
    からの回転数を入力すると共にその入力回転数が機関の
    定格回転数を越えていると車輌の制動装置に機関回転数
    を定格回転数以下に下げる制動力を生起させる作動信号
    を出力する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動車の
    機関オーバラン防止装置。
  2. （２）制動装置は車輌の駆動系に設けられるリターダと
    される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車の機
    関オーバラン防止装置。
  3. （３）　　＄制御手段はアクセルスイッチがＯＦＦ状態
    にあるときのみ制動装置に作動信号を出力する実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車の機関オーバラン防
    止装置。
  4. （４）　　制御手段には、機関の最高回転数付近を複数
    に区分した基準回転数がデータ入力されている比較回路
    と、該比較回路の基準回転数に応じた作動信号を出力す
    る作動回路が設けられモいる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の自動車の機関オーバラン防止装置。
