This type of mobile maintenance device is equipped with an arm that extends downward from the side of the bridge from a vehicle stopped on the road above the bridge, and at the tip of this arm there is an inspection means or workbench installed to perform maintenance on the underside of the bridge. It is known that there is a

It is known that a special inspection vehicle is suspended from this system, and in the case of existing bridges where it is difficult to install special rails, for example, the base of the maintenance device is installed on the railing located at the side end of the bridge. However, a concept has been proposed in which an arm is suspended from the base to below the side of the railing, and an inspection means or a workbench is provided at the tip of the arm to maintain the underside of the bridge.

Moreover, in places where lighting posts or soundproof walls have been installed, it is impossible to install a maintenance device due to the obstructions caused by them, so there is a problem that the scope of its application is extremely narrow.

。The bridge maintenance device 2 mainly includes a main clamp means 3 that removably clamps the bridge girder 1, a swivel table 4 that is rotatably supported by the main clamp means 3, and a support frame 5 that is vertically installed on the swivel table 4. , a work scaffold 6 supported by the support frame 5 so as to be movable in the horizontal direction below the bridge girder 1;
Lifting means 7 for moving the work scaffold 6 up and down, and the work scaffold 6
It is comprised of a pair of auxiliary clamp means 8 provided at both ends of the bridge girder 1 for removably clamping the bridge girder 1, and a lock means 9 for fixing the work scaffold 6 to the support frame 5. The main clamping means 3 consists of four clamps 3a arranged at the four corners of a swivel base 4 formed in a rectangular shape at intervals, and two clamps 3a facing each other form a pair. The clamp portion 1a of the bridge girder 1 is inserted and clamped from the width direction thereof. These clamps 3a are configured to be attached to and detached from the flange portion 1a by moving forward and backward in the width direction, and this operation is performed by a general screw mechanism or hydraulic cylinder mechanism (not shown). When the main clamp means 3 clamps the bridge girder 1, the swivel base 4 supported directly below the bridge girder 1 is configured to be freely pivotable with respect to the support frame 5. A swivel ring (not shown) that is relatively rotatable around a vertical axis is disposed between the lower part of the swivel table 4 and the ceiling part 5a of the support frame 5 formed in the shape of a frame body, and A worm gear mechanism (not shown) is provided as a mechanism, and by operating this worm gear IIIta, the support frame 5 and the swivel base 4 are rotated relative to each other via a swivel ring. The support frame 5 is formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and a girder 5C is interposed between the pillars 5b at the lower part of a pair of opposing side openings. A work scaffold 6 is provided in the support frame 5 by penetrating and extending between the other pair of opposing side openings. This working foot [16] has a handrail 6b installed around it on a base plate 6a, so that a worker can work while riding on the inside of the handrail 6b. Further, on the work scaffold 6, a rail 6C is formed on the side of the platform 6a and extends horizontally along the longitudinal direction thereof.
The working legs 116 are supported such that the rails 6C are sandwiched from above and below by O-rails 5d arranged at the lower part of the pillars 5b of the support frame 5, so that they can move freely relative to the support frame 5.

A locking means 9 is provided between the support frame 5 and the work scaffold 6, which are relatively movable, for fixing them. The locking means 9 is composed of a locking pin 9a that is provided so as to be freely retractable from the base 1tea in the width direction thereof, and an engagement hook 9b that is rotatably supported at the lower part of the support frame 5. It is set to be fixed. Further, the locking means may be configured by locking by wire tension or by separately installing a brake device.

The elevating means 7 has one end connected to a rond 5g installed between a cover 5f fixed to a lower column part 5e formed by dividing the pillar 5b of the support frame 5 into two vertically, and the other end connected to the ceiling part 5a. By operating this screw mechanism, the upper pillar portion 5h slides inside the cover 5, and the support frame 5 is expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, and as a result, the work scaffold 6
is designed to rise and fall. Furthermore, auxiliary clamping means 8 are provided at both longitudinal ends of the work scaffold 6. In this embodiment, the auxiliary clamping means 8 includes a straight-travel clamp 8a that clamps the bridge girder 1 when moving straight along the longitudinal direction of the bridge girder 1, and a straight-travel clamp 8a that clamps the bridge girder 1 when crossing between the bridge girders 1.
and a transverse clamp 8b for clamping to the cross section, and these clamps 8a and 8b are arranged 90 degrees out of phase from each other in terms of their functions. Therefore, these clamps 8a,
8b can also be used as one clamp by making it rotatable with respect to the work platform 6. The straight clamp 8a is provided on the support post 8c at a position approximately at the same height as the main clamp means 3, and moves forward and backward in the width direction of the work scaffold 6 to clamp the flange portion 1a of the bridge girder 1. . Further, the crossing clamp 8b is provided on a pedestal 8d provided on the work foot I6 so that it can run along the length of the work scaffold and can be raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder mechanism or the like (not shown). It moves forward and backward in the direction to clamp the flange portion 1a of the bridge girder 1. These forward and backward movements are performed by a screw mechanism 8e or the like.

At this time, first, while the work scaffold 6 is suspended by the main clamp means 3, the elevating means 7 is driven to lower the work scaffold 6 to obtain clearance under the girder. Next, the work scaffold 6 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the bridge girder 1 with respect to the support frame 5, and after a predetermined movement, the entire scaffold 6 is raised by the lifting means 7, and the straight-travel clamp 8a is clamped to the bridge girder 1 (Fig. middle, indicated by B). After the work scaffold 6 is supported at both ends in this way, the main clamp means 3 is removed, and the support frame 5 is then moved relative to the scaffold 6 to a predetermined position, where the main clamp means 3 is clamped to the bridge girder 1. (indicated by C in the figure). Once the main clamp means 3 is engaged, the straight clamp 8a is removed and the lock means 9 is engaged.
