(Prior Art and Its Disadvantages) Conventionally, normal bulletin boards are made of wood or vinyl and are usually coated with paint, etc., but the bulletin board surface does not have any function to directly support the posted items. I don't have it.

In order to support posted items such as advertisements on such bulletin boards, it is necessary to use thumbtacks, tape, staplers, etc., which is time-consuming and time-consuming. In particular, when thumbtacks, staplers, etc. are used, the surface of the bulletin board is It had the disadvantage that it could be damaged and could not withstand long-term use.

On the other hand, there is also a type of bulletin board in which a large number of spherical tackifiers are arranged on the surface of the bulletin board, and the posted items are dot-adhered to the tackifiers for support.

In such bulletin boards, since the tackifier is not in a continuous form, the cohesive force between the tackifiers is weak, and if the posted object is repeatedly placed on the surface of the tackifier, the tackifier may It has the disadvantage that it sticks to objects and falls off the bulletin board surface.

Further, there was a drawback that dust, dirt, etc. adhered to the surface of the adhesive, causing the adhesive to disappear, making it impossible to use it again.

In this invention, in the composition constituting the vinyl chloride sheet, the total weight ratio of plasticizer to 1 part vinyl chloride resin is 0.
The reason why it is set at 3 or more is that if the total plasticizer charge is less than 0.3 in terms of weight ratio, the amount of plasticizer that should be transferred from the vinyl chloride sheet to the resin coating film described later is too small, and it is not enough to cover the surface of the resin coating film. This is because the adhesive support of the posted object on the surface of the resin coating film, which is the object of the present invention, cannot be achieved.

The reason why the glass transition temperature of the resin as the main component of the resin coating film used in this invention is set to 35°C or lower is that when the glass transition temperature exceeds 35°C, the resin coating becomes denser, and the plasticizer becomes chlorinated. This is because it is difficult to transfer from the vinyl sheet to the resin coating, and sufficient adhesion cannot be ensured on the resin coating surface, making it impossible to adhesively support the posted object on the resin coating surface, which is the objective of this invention. It is.

In this invention, the reason why the amount of pigment added is 65% by weight or less is that when the content of pigment exceeds 65% by weight, the plasticizer that has migrated from the PVC sheet to the resin coating is adsorbed by the pigment and the resin This is because it is not possible to ensure sufficient adhesiveness on the surface of the coating film, and the adhesive support of the posted object on the surface of the resin coating film, which is the object of the present invention, cannot be achieved.

The reason why a plasticizer is added to the composition of the resin coating film in this invention is that when a resin coating composition that does not contain a plasticizer is applied to the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet, the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet is It takes time for the resin coating to transfer to the resin coating surface, and the adhesiveness cannot be maintained on the resin coating surface for a while after application and drying. However, a resin coating composition containing a plasticizer was applied to the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet. In some cases, the adhesiveness can be maintained on the resin coating surface immediately after the resin coating composition is applied and dried.

Incidentally, since a resin having a glass transition temperature of 0° C. or lower has a certain degree of tack from the beginning, it can maintain its tackiness immediately after drying, and there is no need to add a plasticizer.

(Effects) The adhesive bulletin board according to the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration is an adhesive bulletin board formed by coating a resin coating on the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet, so the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet is absorbed by the resin coating. It transfers to the film and allows the resin coating to retain its adhesiveness, making it possible to attach and support posted items directly to the surface of the resin coating without using thumbtacks, tape, etc. To achieve the effect that long-term use is possible without requiring much effort, and without damaging the adhesive bulletin board itself with thumbtacks or the like.

In addition, since the plasticizer in the PVC sheet is transferred to the resin coating to maintain the adhesiveness of the resin coating, dust and dirt may adhere to the surface of the resin coating and cause the adhesiveness of the resin coating. Even if the condition disappears, the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet is transferred to the resin coating again, and the tackiness of the resin coating is recreated, making reuse possible.

In addition, in this invention, particularly when the vinyl chloride sheet is formed from a composition containing a plasticizer in a weight ratio of 0.3 or more to 1 part vinyl chloride resin, and the resin coating film has a glass transition temperature of 35°C The above-mentioned effects can be exhibited even more excellently when the film is formed from a composition containing the following resin as a main component.

In addition, in particular in this invention, the resin coating film is composed of two layers, the first layer formed directly on the surface of the vinyl chloride sheet is composed of a composition whose main component is a resin having a glass transition temperature of 35° C. or lower, and the first layer is formed directly on the surface of the vinyl chloride sheet. The second layer formed on the surface has a glass transition temperature of 35
When the composition is composed of a resin with a temperature below ℃ and 1 to 20% by weight of a plasticizer as the main components, a second layer of a different color is formed on the surface of the first layer when the color of the first layer is boring. This allows you to repaint it with a new color.
