(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an adhesive bulletin board, and its purpose is to provide an adhesive bulletin board having a resin coating on its surface that adhesively supports posted items, and which maintains the adhesiveness of the resin coating surface at all times. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive bulletin board that can be used at all times even after removing dust, dust, etc. from the surface of the resin coating film by washing with soapy water or the like. (Prior Art and Its Disadvantages) Conventionally, normal bulletin boards are made of wood or vinyl and are usually coated with paint, etc., but the bulletin board surface does not have any function to directly support the posted items. I don't have it. In order to support posted items such as advertisements on such bulletin boards, it is necessary to use thumbtacks, tape, staples, etc., which takes time and effort. The disadvantage was that the surface was damaged and could not withstand long-term use. On the other hand, as a type of bulletin board, there was one in which a large number of spherical adhesive materials were arranged on the surface of the bulletin board, and the posted items were dot-adhered to the adhesive materials for support. In such bulletin boards, since the tackifiers are not in a continuous form, the cohesive force of the tackifiers is weak, and when the posted items are repeatedly pasted and removed from the surface of the tackifier, the tackifiers become covered. It has the disadvantage that it sticks to the bulletin board and falls off the bulletin board surface, and furthermore, it cannot be used again if the adhesive surface becomes obstructed by walls, dust, etc. In addition, as a device that uses an adhesive layer to adhere objects in a continuous manner, a product name is displayed on a transparent resin film on the front of the display board body, such as the price display board of 1983-4300. There is a price display board that is made by separately adhering a product name display sheet and a price display sheet with the price displayed on a transparent film of the same quality. However, if the surface of the non-drying adhesive layer dries up for some reason, or if the surface of the non-drying adhesive layer becomes covered with dust, this price display board will lose its adhesive ability. However, there was a drawback in that the adhesion ability was not restored even after cleaning to remove dirt and dust. Therefore, the invention of this price display board can be applied to bulletin boards where posted items are frequently replaced and the posted items are not always covered over the entire surface. The layer dries up,
This was impossible because the adhesive ability would be lost due to dirt and dust. (Means for Solving the Invention) The adhesive bulletin board according to the present invention has a resin coating on the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet formed from a composition containing a plasticizer in a weight ratio of 0.3 or more to 1 part vinyl chloride resin. This resin coating film is an adhesive bulletin board formed from a composition whose main component is a resin having a glass transition temperature of 35° C. or less, so all of the above problems are solved. (Structure of the Invention) The vinyl chloride sheet used in this invention has a weight ratio of 0.3 or more to 1 part vinyl chloride resin, preferably
Contains 0.4 to 1.5 plasticizer. In this invention, the reason why the plasticizer content with respect to vinyl chloride resin 1 in the composition constituting the vinyl chloride sheet is set to be 0.3 or more in weight ratio is that when the plasticizer content is less than 0.3 in weight ratio, The amount of plasticizer that should be transferred to the resin coating film is too small, making it impossible to ensure sufficient adhesion on the surface of the resin coating film. This is because support cannot be provided. The plasticizer used in this invention is
Examples include DOP (dioctyl phthalate), DOA (dioctyl adipate), and DBP (dibutyl phthalate). The main component of the resin coating film in this invention has a glass transition temperature of 35°C or lower, preferably 20°C to -40°C.
℃ resin is used. The reason why the glass transition temperature of the resin as the main component of the resin coating film used in this invention is set to 35°C or lower is that when the glass transition temperature exceeds 35°C, the resin coating becomes denser and the plasticizer becomes chlorinated. This is because it is difficult to transfer from the vinyl sheet to the resin coating, and sufficient adhesion cannot be ensured on the resin coating surface, making it impossible to adhesively support the posted object on the resin coating surface, which is the objective of this invention. It is. The glass transition temperature used in this invention is 35
Examples of resins below ℃ include acrylic, acrylic-styrene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, and vinyl acetate.
Examples include Veoba-based emulsion resins, acrylic lacquer-based solvent-based resins, and acrylic-urethane one-component types. In this invention, if necessary, a pigment may be added to the components of the resin coating film for coloring. In this case, the amount of pigment added is preferably 65% by weight or less based on the composition of the resin coating film after application and drying. In this invention, the reason why the amount of pigment added is 65% by weight or less is that if the content of pigment exceeds 65% by weight, the plasticizer that has migrated from the PVC sheet to the resin coating will be adsorbed by the pigment and the resin will be coated. This is because sufficient adhesion cannot be ensured on the surface of the film, and the object to be posted cannot be adhesively supported on the surface of the resin coating film, which is the object of the present invention. As the pigment used in the resin coating film of the present invention, titanium dioxide, red iron oxide and other inorganic pigments, azo type, triphenylmethane type and other organic pigments, etc. can be preferably used. In the adhesive bulletin board of the present invention, the plasticizer in the saturated vinyl chloride sheet gradually transfers to the resin coating over time, thereby imparting tackiness to the surface of the resin coating. Alternatively, by using a resin that has been made tough from the beginning, it is possible to further increase the adhesion of the posted object. Therefore, even if the adhesion of the resin coating surface is affected by dust, finger marks, etc. on the surface of the resin coating, if the dust, finger marks, etc. are removed, they will gradually transfer from the PVC sheet to the resin coating over time. The plasticizer further maintains tackiness on the surface of the resin coating. In this invention, a plasticizer such as DOP or DOA may be added to the composition of the resin coating film, if necessary. In this case, in the case of a resin coating film containing a pigment, the content of the plasticizer is 2% by weight or more of the coating composition;
Preferably it is 3 to 4% by weight. In the case of pigment-free resin coatings, the amount is from 1 to 20% by weight, preferably from 2 to 5% by weight of the coating composition. The reason why a plasticizer is added to the composition of the resin coating film in this invention is that when a resin coating composition that does not contain a plasticizer is applied to the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet, the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet is It takes time for the resin coating to transfer to the surface of the resin coating, and the adhesiveness cannot be maintained on the resin coating surface for a while after application and drying, but it is possible to apply a resin coating composition containing a plasticizer to the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet. In this case, the adhesiveness can be maintained on the surface of the resin coating immediately after the resin coating composition is applied and dried. The coating amount of the resin coating composition is 10 to 400 in terms of solid content.
g/m 2 Preferably 50 to 200 g/m 2 . Incidentally, since a resin having a glass transition temperature of 0° C. or lower has a certain degree of tactility from the beginning, it can maintain adhesiveness immediately after drying, and there is no need to add a plasticizer. In this invention, a double resin coating film may be formed on the vinyl chloride surface. That is, this is a case where a resin coating composition is formed as a second layer on the surface of the first layer in order to recoat a resin coating film (hereinafter referred to as the first layer) formed directly on the surface of vinyl chloride. In this case, the resin coating composition for the second layer includes a resin with a glass transition temperature of 35°C or lower and 1 to 20% by weight of a plasticizer.
is used as the main component. (Effects of the Invention) The adhesive bulletin board according to the present invention having the above configuration has a weight ratio of 0.3 to 1 part vinyl chloride resin.
A resin coating film is formed by coating the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet formed from a composition containing the above plasticizer, and this resin coating film has a glass transition temperature of 35
Since the adhesive bulletin board is formed from a composition whose main component is a resin whose temperature is below ℃, the glass transition point of the resin coating is below 35 degrees, so the density is weak at room temperature, and the Since the plasticizer gradually transfers to the resin coating over time and causes the resin coating to maintain its adhesive properties, it is possible to directly attach and support posted items to the resin coating surface without using thumbtacks, tape, etc. This makes it possible to display items without much effort, and the adhesive bulletin board itself can be used for a long time without being damaged by pushpins or the like. Moreover, since the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet is used to maintain the adhesiveness of the resin coating, even if dust or dirt adheres to the resin coating surface and inhibits the adhesive state of the resin coating surface, this Once dust, dirt, etc. are removed by washing, the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet will gradually transfer to the resin coating over time, reproducing the adhesiveness of the resin coating, and making it ready for constant use. It has the effect of becoming. Furthermore, in the present invention, especially when the resin coating film is formed from a composition mainly composed of a resin having a glass transition temperature of 35°C or lower and a plasticizer of 1 to 20% by weight, the resin coating is applied to the surface of the vinyl chloride sheet. By applying the film composition and drying it strongly, the plasticizer in the vinyl chloride sheet transfers to the resin coating, reinforcing its tackiness, and the tackiness can be maintained on the surface of the resin coating immediately after drying. Immediately after that, the object to be posted can be attached to the surface of the resin coating. In particular, in this invention, the resin coating film consists of two layers,
The first layer formed directly on the surface of the vinyl chloride sheet is made of a composition whose main component is a resin with a glass transition temperature of 35°C or less, and the second layer formed on the surface of the first layer is made of a composition whose main component is a resin with a glass transition temperature of 35°C or less. When the composition consists of a resin and 1 to 20% by weight of a plasticizer as the main components,
If you are tired of the color of the first layer, you can repaint it with a new color by forming a second layer of a different color on the surface of the first layer. The effects of this invention will be made clearer by describing Examples and Comparative Examples below. (Examples 1 to 7) The resin coating composition shown in the table (solid content 70 g)/
