A sheet made by kneading fillers and the like (hereinafter referred to as an asphalt sheet) was heat-sealed, and a rubber or PVC mat or moquette was pasted on top of it. However, this did not provide sufficient vibration-proofing or sound-absorbing effects.

外観的に優れた感触を示すものである。 The present invention is an improvement on this, in which one side of a heat-fusible asphalt sheet is flocked and short fibers are densely planted to form a flocked layer. Flocking is a known flocking method in which piles are made to fly up using high electrostatic pressure and are pierced by an adhesive applied to a base material. This asphalt-based sheet with a flocked layer has the characteristic that it can be heat-fused to the floor surface to be constructed in one step.
The fur effect of the flocked layer is remarkable, and in addition to vibration-proofing, sound-absorbing, and heat-insulating effects, for example, by omitting the adhesive application process on the vehicle manufacturing line side, labor can be reduced to a single process, which has a great cost advantage. arise. In addition, for example, in the case of building materials, if the invented product is applied to the inner surface of steel plates in warehouses, storerooms, etc. using heat fusion or adhesive, it will improve sound insulation, be effective in preventing dew, and improve interior decoration. It has a better appearance and feel than conventional products.
