Recently, various architectural wall materials having synthetic resin foam as a base layer have been developed, and among them, those in which both sides of synthetic resin foam are joined together with iron plates or slate plates are known as fireproof wall materials. It is being However, with this type of firewall material, the outer surface of the iron plate or slate plate is integrally bonded to the synthetic resin foam and the entire surface is in contact with it, so when the outer surface is heated, the heat is absorbed. The heat was conducted to the inner foam layer and did not block the heat sufficiently.

従つて詳細に説明する。
In view of this situation, this invention aims to provide a structure that can sufficiently block heat from the outside surface side, and will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a wall material 10 showing an embodiment of this invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line X--X. As shown in the figure, the wall material 10 according to this invention has a base layer 11 mainly made of polyurethane resin foam or synthetic resin foam such as isocyanurate on the inner side, and a heat insulating sheet-like material such as asbestos paper or glass mat in the middle part. 12. Metal plates 13 such as iron plates are superimposed on the outer surface side, and each of these members is partially fixed to the core material 20 with nails 15 or the like. That is, wall material 1
The parts of the base layer 11, heat insulating sheet material 12 and metal plate 13 in No. 0 are not surface-bonded as in conventional adhesives or integral molding, but are partially bonded together.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing changes in various parts of the wall material when heat is applied from the outer surface of the structure according to this invention. As is clear from the figure, the outer metal plate 13 has a large coefficient of thermal expansion, so when it is heated, it expands outward, creating a gap between it and the heat insulating sheet 12 in the middle. 25 will be formed. On the other hand, the heat insulating sheet material 1 in the middle part
2 also slightly expands outward due to the radiant heat applied from the metal plate 13, forming a gap 25' with the base layer 11. Therefore, the high heat from the outside surface of the metal plate 1
Gap 2 formed between 3 and the heat insulating sheet material 12
It is once relaxed by the interposition of the air layer 5 and is transmitted to the heat insulating sheet material 12. At the same time, since a slight gap 25' is formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating sheet 12, most of the high heat applied from the outside is blocked by the heat insulating sheet 12, and the synthetic resin foam on the inner surface There is no possibility of burning the base layer 11, which is mainly composed of the body.

Note that the metal plate 13 in the embodiment is an iron plate having a wall thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm. In addition to the base layer 11 made of only a synthetic resin foam as in the embodiment, the base layer 11 may be made of metal foil such as aluminum foil, a synthetic resin sheet such as polyethylene resin, or tar-impregnated paper on one or both sides of the synthetic resin foam. It is also preferable to use a sheet with a sheet-like material such as waterproof paper attached thereto.

As mentioned above, the structure of the fireproof wall material in this invention consists of a base layer mainly made of synthetic resin foam on the inner surface, a heat insulating sheet-like material such as asbestos paper in the middle, and a metal plate on the outer surface. By stacking them and partially fixing them with nails etc., when heated from the outside, gaps are formed between each member (especially between the metal plate and the heat insulating sheet), Since the air layer formed by the gap is provided to enhance the high temperature blocking function, the fire prevention effect is greatly increased compared to conventional fire prevention wall materials.

Furthermore, the structure according to this invention has extremely excellent practical effects, such as being economically advantageous, since conventionally used building members can be used as they are.
