It has a structure in which a backing insulation material such as a polystyrene foam board is attached by pressing the backing insulation material side against a dumpling-shaped adhesive, and in either case, there is a gap where there is no dumpling-shaped adhesive. Since dew condensation is likely to occur due to temperature differences between inside and outside, there has been a demand for improvement.

A recessed part for adhesive is formed on the side surface of the building frame, and a ball-shaped adhesive is inserted into the recessed part to join the building frame and the heat insulating material,
Furthermore, it is characterized by having a surface material bonded to the heat insulating material.

This is a heat insulating material made of a synthetic resin foam such as a foamed polystyrene board adjacent to the heat insulating material 20, and an appropriate number of recesses 21 for adhesive are formed on the side surface of the body of the heat insulating material 20. (See Figure 2). 30 is the recessed portion 21
A ball of adhesive inserted into the (e.g.
GL bond), and this adhesive 30 is used to bond the heat insulating material 20 and the frame 10. Furthermore, 40 is a surface material that becomes an inner wall board, and a heat insulating material 20
It is joined by means such as adhesive. In addition, in addition to the ball-shaped adhesive 30, other bonding means may be used in conjunction with the bonding of the heat insulating material 20 and the frame 10.

材20との一体化にも優れた効果がある。 The heat insulating wall structure according to this invention is constructed as described above, and the ball-shaped adhesive 30 is inserted into the adhesive recess 21 formed in the heat insulating material 20 made of synthetic resin foam. adhesive 30
When using the insulation material 20, instead of leaving a gap between the frame and the insulation material 20 as in the past,
It becomes possible to closely bond the heat insulating material 20 to the frame 10 side, and the possibility of condensation forming on the back side of the heat insulating material 20 is eliminated. Moreover, by inserting the adhesive 30 into the recessed portion 21, the heat insulating material 20
In both cases, the bonding force of the frame 10 is increased compared to when simply planar parts are joined together, and there is also an excellent effect on the integration of the frame 10 and the heat insulating material 20.
