Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、容器用封止体に係り、特にその開封歴の有無
を確認し得る種類の容器用封止体に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
容器内に内容物が充填され、且つ密封された後、その容
器が開封されるか、或るいは少なくとも開封状態に置か
れた場合に、そのことが明らかになる容器用の閉止具は
、種々知られている。斯様な閉止具を使用する目的は、
容器内に内容物が充填され、且つ密封された後に、閉止
具が常時閉位置にあって購入前に開封されることは無か
ったのだという確信を消費者が持ち得ることを、保証す
る点にある。しかしながら、斯様な閉止具の多くは、極
めて慎重な取扱いを必要とする。
その一例として、容器の開口周囲に接着されて開口を蔽
い、しかも破り捨てることが可能なシールを用いた閉止
具がある。そのシールは、螺合式、又は凹凸咬合による
ばね錠穴で容器に装着する蓋体くよって、早期の破損か
ら保護される。容器の内容物を取出すには、蓋体を取外
した後、シールを破り取る必要がある。従って蓋体を取
外した時に、容器内に内容物が充填されて以降、その容
器が密封状態に６つ九か否かを確認することができる。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら、そのような容器および閉止具を用いても
シールは破損され得るのであって、顧客は、蓋体を取外
すまで、購入品の状態に気が付かない。又、シールは完
全に取除かれ得るのであって、その場合仮りに消費者が
容器の封止技術に精通するか、或るいは比較の対象とな
る他の容器が無い限り、シールが完全に取除かれたその
容器が、既に開封されたものであることを、消費者は気
付かない。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明では、シールの頂面が、その一部を蓋体の裏面に
接合される。蓋体を開封するには、容器に対して相対的
に回転させるか、或るいは軸方向に動かす必要があり、
斯様な動きがあると、シール部材は破損される。その結
果、蓋体を取外して容器を開封させようとする試みがあ
ったことを視認することができる。そして、この事は、
その商品が小売店の陳列棚上にあって、他の同種商品と
比較される時、更に明確である。もつとも、仮令、比較
すべき他の商品が無くとも、シール部材の破損によって
、過去に開封の試みがあったことを知ることが可能であ
る。斯様なシールの破損は、対照をなす標印金シールの
頂面に付すことによって、或るいはシールの両面に異な
る着色をすることによって強調される。
〔構成〕
本発明の一実施例を添附図面κ基づいて説明すれば、第
１図、第２図を参照して、本発明に係る封止体１６０は
容器１６８の頭部のねじ山１６６と相補的に螺合する内
周面に設けられたねじ山１６４を具えた円筒部材１６２
が形成される。該円筒部材１６２は容器の頚部を受入れ
るため、その下端の開口端縁にリップ１７０が設けられ
る。
更に円筒部材１６２は蓋部材１７６を受入れるため、上
端開口に環状フランジ１７２が延設される。該蓋部材１
７６は全体的に縁付の帽子形状をなし、この縁状鍔部は
環状フランジ１７８で形成されている。環状フランジ】
７８よシ前記上端開口１７４を介して軸方向突出した管
状部１８０が延設される。蓋部材１７６の上端縁には環
状ビード１８２が設けられて、該ピード１８２と前記フ
ランジ１７８とによシ筒状部材のフランジ１７２を受入
れる半径外方に開放された溝１８４金形成している。
前記筒状部材１６２にはその内周面に肩部１８６を設け
る。この肩部１８６は前記フランジ１７２とにより、蓋
部材のフランジ１７８を受入れるための溝１８８を形成
する。
蓋部材１７６は透明なポリススチレン樹脂材で成形され
、封止体としてスナップ係合方式で組立てるため柔軟な
弾性を有する、従って、溝１８８に嵌合した筒状部材１
７２と溝１８４に嵌合した蓋部材１７８とは相互に回動
可能である。該蓋部材１フロは管状部１８０の上端縁よ
り下方へ向って円錐壁部１９２と該円錐壁部１９２の下
端縁よシ平らな中央壁部１９０とが形成されている。こ
の中央壁部１９０の底面は蓋部材１７６に設けであるフ
ランジ１７８の底面と同一面に整合させている。また中
央壁部１９０は前記フランジ１７８とはその間に穿設さ
れた環状溝１９４によって分離されている。
前記封止体１６０には円筒部材１６２内に配設する蓋部
材１７６下面に印刷した接着面を有するシール部材とし
てのライナー２００を形成する。
完全に組立てられる封止体１６０は筒状部材１６２と蓋
部材１７６と前記ライナー２００とからなる。
〔作用及び効果〕
本発明封止体１６０を容器に装着するには、該封止体１
６０はそのねじ山１６４ｅ容器のねじ山１６６に係合さ
せるために回動する。これにより、封止体１６０は容器
に対して相対的に軸方向下方に移動する。前記ライナー
２００の下面が容器頚部の上端縁２０２と係合すると、
蓋部材１７６は回動を停止し、容器に対して静止状態を
維持する、−万、筒状部材１６２はフランジ１７２が蓋
部材の７う／ジの上面と密接に係合するまで回動し続け
て、蓋部１ｔ１７６が容器１６８と堅く密閉係合するま
でこれを押圧する。
円盤状の前記ライナーが蓋部材を介して明確に視認し得
る状態において、容器は最初に閉鎖した位置に配設され
ていることを指示するものである。
最初に閉封した状態において、前記円盤状ライナー２０
０は容器１６８と蓋部材１７６とに密接している。その
結果、筒状部材】６２を開方向に回動すると蓋部材１７
６は軸方向に移動して、ライナー２００が破損する。若
し封止体１６０を再び閉封したとしても、そのような破
損、破断した状態は不正変更等の開封歴を明白とするた
めに蓋部材１７６ｔ？介して視認し得るものである。若
し、封止体を開封して取外すならば、前記ライナー２０
０は容器の収納内容物を消費するために容器１６８から
完全に取外すことができる、そして、その後、新しく、
筒状部材と蓋部材とからなる封止体として容器を開閉す
るために繰返し使用することができる。閉封状態におい
て、柔らかいポリエチレン樹脂材からなる蓋部材１７６
特にフランジ１７８は容器を密封するライナーとして作
用する。
〔実施例〕
前記円盤状ライナーのようなシール素子は例えば、アル
ミニウムのような金属薄膜に樹脂被覆が付されたもので
もよい。そして、このシール素子は蓋部材１７６の中央
壁部１９０と容器１６８の上端縁２０２とに接着剤その
他その類似物質で接着結合することができる。加うるに
、前記蓋部材やシール素子のようなライナーは透明で弾
性を有する柔軟な合成樹脂材で成形する。例えば低密度
でエチレンアセチ−トラ添加したポリエチレン樹脂材で
成形したライナーは透明であるばかりでなく柔軟な特性
を有するものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は封止体の構成部材を分離して示す斜視図、第２
図は容器を封止体で閉封した状態を示す一部切欠縦断面
図でおる。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）容器を螺合して受入れるための第１の開口と蓋部
    材を受入れるための第２の開口とを有する筒状部材と、
    該筒状部に回動自在に保持された蓋部材と、前記蓋部材
    の下面と容器開口端縁とに常時配設されるシール部材と
    を具え、前記蓋部材はシール部材を観察するために透明
    とされ、封止体を容器に装着するとき、筒状部材に対し
    て相対的に回動せず、該蓋部材とシール部材とは筒状部
    材が閉封するために回動しているあいだ容器に対して相
    対的に回動しないように維持され、且つ、前記筒状部材
    を容器から開封方向に動かすと前記蓋部材は軸方向に移
    動して開封歴を表示するためシール部材が損傷すること
    を特徴とする開封歴を表示する封止体。
  2. （２）前記蓋部材には前記容器と係合し得るライナーと
    してのシール部材が形成され、前記容器が開封されると
    該シール部材は取外し得るようになされていることを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第（１）項記載の開封歴を表示
    する封止体。
  3. （３）前記筒状部材には該部材の内周面に溝が形成され
    、前記蓋部材は該蓋部材に設けられたフランジにより前
    記溝に回動自在に配設されることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第（１）項記載の開封歴を表示する封止体。
  4. （４）前記筒状部材の第２の開口には環状のフランジが
    設けられ、前記蓋部材には前記環状フランジを回動自在
    に受入れる溝が形成されていることを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第（１）項記載の開封歴を表示する封止体。
  5. （５）前記筒状部材には前記第２の開口に隣接して内周
    に溝が形成され、前記蓋部材には前記溝に臨んだ半径外
    方に伸長した部分が形成され、前記蓋部材に形成された
    第１のフランジは筒状部材の内方に開放した溝に配設さ
    れ、前記筒状部材の第２の開口を形成するフランジは蓋
    部材の外方に開放した溝に対し相互に回動自在に配設さ
    れていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第（１）項記
    載の開封歴を表示する封止体。
  6. （６）前記蓋部材の下面に設けた環状溝は該蓋部材の周
    縁より間隔を有し、前記環状溝と前記周縁との間の面は
    蓋シール部材を取外そうとするとき容器に係合させるた
    めの密着面を形成していることを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載の開封歴を表示する封止体。
  7. （７）前記シール部材は前記蓋部材の前記環状溝で区画
    された面が係合され、前記密封面は接触していてもシー
    ル部材に係合していないことを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第（６）項記載の開封歴を表示する封止体。
