の内部に該レトルトの軸線に対して傾斜した傾斜
面を有しかつ多数の透孔と該傾斜面の下部に形成
され該レトルトの外部に連通する残滓導出部とを
有する分散部材を設けて該レトルト内部を上下に
仕切り、該分散部材の下方に熱処理用原料ガスを
供給する原料ガス供給装置を設け、さらに該分散
部材上に該熱処理用ガスを変成させる流動粒子を
堆積し、該流動粒子に埋設された被処理物を変成
された上記ガスによつて熱処理することを特徴と
