熱室を形成するとともにその加熱室の内部にヒー
ターを配置して、その加熱室の内部において被処
理物を加熱処理するようにした熱処理炉において
、前記加熱室の外側に、その加熱室を形成してい
る断熱材および前記炉体の壁面を加熱するヒータ
